I’m not going to go in to a ton of detail, but whoever the manager was at 9 on August 5th is an all star and deserves a raise. I called about an order and she was very kind and professional. Rare in food service. Some faith in humanity restored.

Restaurants was fine as far as cleanliness. Service was horrible. Food was alright. Would've been better if they didnt try to charge 44 cents per cup of sauce. Even when you get fries and chicken fingers. And that was after the cashier charged me for a 4 dollar drink that I didnt order cause he wanted to use a coupon for it. But then forgot to scan the coupon. And the pink drink theyre giving away on the coupons are disgusting. Needless to say not a place I'll go back to. The manager did reach out and ask if ge could rectify this but we were on a trip and I wouldn't waste another minute on this place.

Went last night with some friends. One of the employees who was named BJ was awesome! He checked on his several times to make sure we had everything we needed.

Employee greeted me over the intercom and asked me my order, when I started to give it he said one moment, switched to the other drive thru and asked the person there if they were there longer than me and fully took their order, then the person behind them. While the first car was there before why have two drive thru ports and start my order just to switch? Terrible service
Drive thru was fairly quick and service was good.
