Don't order here at night or online. Grills are always down at the same time. Also, it takes about a week to get a refund. I would hate for someone to use their last to order and get no food and no refund. It's great during the day though.

This place is mismanaged obviously by what I've read in other reviews. Whataburger, in general, is usually good. This is the second time I've ordered from Whataburger in the Birmingham area, and they were out of certain items. The one in Pelham told me one night at around 8 PM, they had nothing but chicken tenders. They were out of everything else. Now this location is out of fish. Poorly managed.

So bad service, waited 38 minutes in drive thru and was only 2 cars ahead of me. Charged me for the sauce and didn’t gave any. Got like 2 sips of coke in the large cup. Need to pay attention to the staff or get better management. I was super hungry and get this kind of service after waiting too long. I am sorry but won’t be going there again to waste my time and not get food what I ordered.

My son raves about their burgers, so I decided to give it a try. Go to drive thru #2 and the guy tells me to hold, then proceeds to just take orders in lane #1, so I have to go in. Front girl says do you want to talk to a manager, I say no I just want someone to take my order. She takes it and I say its to go right and she says yes. My order comes out on a tray and she says wait I will get you a bag. I bag my own order and leave. Get home and its the wrong order. I ordered #2 add bacon and cheese but I got Sweet & Spicy burger. This place is messed up.

Biscuits are hard and flavorless (even the jalapeño cheddar), gravy is basically dirty water with bits of sausage, and there’s nothing fast about this “fast food” place. And they left out my orange juice

I've ordered for curbside pickup via the app from this location four times now. Three out of the four times, I've had to go inside and get my order 10-20 minutes after it was supposed to be brought to my vehicle. That's what happened again today. When I went in 15m after due, I waited 6 minutes before anyone even came to the counter. When I told her my name she went back and got my order, which had apparently been sitting there for a long while. It definitely tasted old. She bagged it with no napkins or plasticware and handed it to me without a word. No apology or thanks or have a good day, not even a smile. Hey I know Whataburger is not a Michelin star restaurant, but if you offer a service designed to save time on both sides, you should staff enough people to handle it. And those people should at least be able to fake friendliness. Despite the close proximity to my office, I won't be going back. This location does not have its act together.

Wait-a-burger is the slowest most inefficient fast food experience ever. We did 15 minutes for a taquito at breakfast. Really poor overall experience

Waited 45 mins for 2 burgers. Only 2 customers ahead of us and no one in drive thru when we arrived. 1 of the people ahead of us ordered 3 meals and they were all incorrect. Just ridiculous.

This whataburger is absolutely awful. Don't go here. Its terrible. We sat in the two lane drive thru getting skipped like 4 times in a row while the person took forever to take orders. We watched like 5 people behind us pull off and leave. Literally go anywhere else. I'd rather drive 30 minutes to a different whataburger. Literal dogshit.

The staff is terrible they’ll have 2 employees cooking and 4 up front by the registers just talking doing absolutely nothing while the drive thru line is backed up into the street.
