I placed an online order to pickup on my way home from work got home my salad had everything on it that I said no to and what I added and paid for wasn’t on there no salad dressing no ranch dipping sauce for my husband and son wings all of this was simple I called them the girl that answered the phone was very rude and hung up in my face. I called back and a guy answered he asked if I could bring it back no I’m home his response was all I can say is that I’m sorry I’ve had this happen to me before that does nothing for me. He then says that we have so many orders so I guess that makes it ok to mess up someone’s order and they have to pay for it because you have so many.

Placed order and came completely wrong. Did not read special Instructions and tried to hang up by saying they would call back and I asked what number I'm calling from and she could not tell me. Don't order from this place uber or door dash will not try to make good on order. TRASH and I will continue to make bad review until I'm compensated. Wings R Trash 🗑 😪.

Today, several ppl from my job and went in and placed a order. We all ordered individual plates / specific items that we wanted. I ordered 6 PC lemon pepper whole wings cooked crispy. When the order arrived, I was very busy BUT as soon as I could get a few minutes to myself. I went to get my wings...they are burned up which is totally unacceptable. As well as, I have been calling this location and nobody is answering the phone. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! I should have just waited and ordered my food from HotSpot like I usually do.

Went in at 9 for 8 whole wings by 1:30 I’m over my toilet vomiting old chicken I was served…sharks all over again and now I’m at er from severe food poisoning

Originally me and the wife were going to KFC but after the reviews we went with wings r king instead, and I gotta say it was pretty good. We called in so they'd be ready when we got there and after 5 minutes of arrival the food was out. The wings are great, the Cajun fries are good as well the restaurant is iffy, but we're not there for the restaurant. Not dissapointed and even better they didn't ask for a tip on a pickup order lol.

The restaurant took on a minimalist style, if you want a place to eat you have table and chairs but it is not very fancy. Now the wings are what you go there for and they are very good. I say this all the time, if the name of the food is on your sign out front then you better get that part right. The staff has always been polite and corte
