My sister ordered a big order and got all the way home to realize she was missing the fries in the bag a total of 4. She then called back to talk to the manager to see if I could come after i got off work to pick them up. When my sister was on the phone the manager was very rude to her and tried to tell her she was lying about not receiving the fries. Crazy work i know. Since when do managers not get the facts before accusing people of lying. The fries wasn’t even that good to lie about to. We will be going to J Wings from now on.

Went in today 02/16.2025 for a boneless wing meal and there was a ROACH in my veggie sticks. Not just on top… literally smushed in to one on the bottom. We didn’t see it until we were already eating the veggie sticks. I went in immediately and showed the manager. The staff was very accommodating and gave me a new veggie dish and a brownie to make up for it but I will never eat at this Establishment again. The sketch part is when I showed the staff, they didn’t look surprised.

The food is delicious, but witnessing a situation, a certain customer was projecting his opinions strongly, can say he can be a little crazy but situations wasn’t all that serious, the person made a big order and the workers took his money , this customer even tip the cashier, but cops were called and they took his money and he got arrested and the employees have no intention of returning it, “what does he need it for” the employee stated and he also say they didn’t even bother to make his order was willingly to give away the order if it was made, how can I even like going here having this type of service, where’s the integrity??? So ya out here stealing money from us consumers rightfully AND wrongfully huh? SHAME SHAME SHAME.

I don't know what the hell happened but I got the Louisiana flavor and the hot honey. I violently vomited all of the food I ate from this wing stop. Carrots celery and ranch as well. I have no idea what happened but it was a horrible experience. Think I'll pass on Wingstop for a while.

Wings are good but I stopped going to them for over six months because they don’t follow the directions of the customer’s orders. If I tell you that I want my wings well done then I want them well done. I went back yesterday after giving them a break. They still don’t follow directions! When a customer says they want well done crispy wings, then that’s what we are looking for. People working in the kitchen need to pay attention to the tickets, cut some of the excessive talking. A good firm manager is needed.

The WAIT time here is ridiculous. Everybody moves slow. As far as us dashers there is NO reason of why an order been come in And it’s just now being made when the dasher comes in to get food. Thee wait time for y’all to cook food is RIDICULOUS. everybody moves slow, I just waits close to 15 minutes on a door dash order. That was supposed to been picked up at 1125. Didn’t actually pick up until 1140. YALL GOTTA DO BETTER WITH HAVIN DOOR DASH ORDERS. WE GOT A WAIT TIME TO PICK UP AND DROP OFF WE GET penalized for picking up later orders.
