The quality of their food was amazing. Honestly I haven't been to a wingstop before and now after stopping here, I'm glad to have tried it.
Service was awesome. People was friendly and informative.
The food was cooked perfectlyand even with the sauce on it, the chicken stayed crunchy. Absolutely perfect. Thanks for experience and great food.
Hope to come back and try another flavor.

Traveling for a concert and decided to get lunch close the where we are staying and i will say that store was clean and very nice and Justice and Ryan where great even with it be my first time ever getting food from any wingstop I was very impressed not only with the food but the service from they people that work there if i could leave more then 5 stars on this review because for food it deserves 10 stars and for service they also deserve to get 10 stars.

The food was out in a timely manner but they bagged it with no gloves on. The bagger stuck her fingers inside of the fry container to pick it up and bag it up. Hands washed or not, the bags, boxes, and fry containers are cause for cross contamination. Meaning there is no reason she shouldn't be wearing gloves.

Not a good place to go especially after 10pm. Night shift has the heart equivalent to burnt French fries, greasy and burned out. Chicken was fresh but stagnant behavior filled the air.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location ! Called them because I order at the wrong location . Last time I did that Helena store was able to call them and get the order sent to their location so I didn’t have to drive 30 minutes up the road . I called this location and was put on hold for 15 minutes ! Called back and it wasn’t ringing (because they sat the phone on the counter and left it ) after calling for 30 minutes it FINALLY started ringing when they got on the phone they acted like they didn’t even know what I was calling about ! So I sat on hold for 15 minutes for NOTHING , just for manager JANICE or whatever her name is to get on the phone not even letting me talk , keep talking over me , telling me what they can’t do , and that if Helena store said that they told a lie . No youre a LIE super ignorant I’m the one with the complaint yet your talking over me , why are you wanting to be heard so bad ? I just sat on hold for 15 minutes then had to keep calling for another 15 minutes until the phone was hung up so it can ring ! TERRIBLE customer service . Then telling me I have to wait until she gets home for me to get a refund that’ll take 5 to 10 business days , She should be FIRED , I’ll never order from this location on purpose !

Honestly, they were really great! The service was incredible. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful. The restaurant was clean with a well stocked drink station. And the food was cooked and sauced to perfection. I've never had the opportunity to sit inside a wingstop, but this location does a beautiful job! You guys should be proud 👏

Typical rude staff! Rushed right up to help a door dash pick up and left me as if I wasn’t there. I will not be back!

I can’t even begin to describe how ridiculously lacking this location is in service. We ordered 5 orders of 2 tenders (it was a 2 for $2 special) so in total 10 tenders, plus fries at 6pm (6:08 to be exact), came to pick up at 6:25, grabbed my order, and this is where I went wrong: I DIDNT STOP TO CHECK MY ORDER. We drove home and realized we were missing 4 tenders. My husband and I weren’t going to share just 6 tenders so I called, they told me to come back and clarify what was wrong. We drive back, it’s now 6:45. We explain we’re missing 2 orders of 2 tenders. We’re helped immediately and given 2 tenders in 5 min. We explain again we’re still missing another order. Then we stand there for another 15 minutes. I then go up to check on the LAST TWO TENDERS and they FORGOT. They give me the two tenders in THIRTY SECONDS after I asked. It was ready. Just forgotten. So now it is an HOUR AND 10 MINUTES past when I ordered and we are now driving home with a cold dinner.

Food was poorly prepared. Fries was burnt. Customer service was the worse I’ve ever have I told them I had a pick up they didn’t try more to find my order skipped right over it I was ignored I had to keep asking for my order and it was right in front of them kept serving other customers as I was before them I was ignored felt like abuse and discrimination. I will go one or a few steps further that place needs to be shut down no clean tables horrible atmosphere. Extremely don’t recommend!

Today was my first time eating at Wingstop, and while the food was good, the service was exceptional. Keith was working the front, and he was incredible: he said hello to everyone who walked in, he helped every person who had questions or was having to wait for their orders, and he was even diligent at cleaning during his down time. I'm grateful for the food tasting great, but even if it didn't, Keith's service would have saved the experience. I think the other people working there were also awesome, but I do believe he deserves special recognition!
