I had a gift card and the young lady still charged the full balance to my debit card. She said she had fixed the issue but clearly didn’t because it still posted. The cashier wiped her nose with her hand before placing my items in the bag (to go order). We have been coming here since they opened this location. It’s time to find other options because I won’t be returning.Update: It happened yesterday on March 26th around 2:00pm. The total amount was $16.30. The gift card was for $15 so I should have been charged only $1.30.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I've been here TWICE now and the yogurt has been bad. Ever since the new owner took over, the situation has been terrible. When I told the worker it was spoiled they didn't even offer to reimburse me. I used to eat here all the time and this is my first bad review of any place EVER. I'm not a complainer but this is a health hazard.

Showed up with a car load of folks, they closed the doors 15 minutes before closing. Bad business.

Frozen Fun Fumed Away at Yogurt MountainI visited Yogurt Mountain today with high hopes for a delicious and refreshing frozen yogurt experience. Unfortunately, my visit fell short due to an unexpected encounter with an overly enthusiastic air freshener. While enjoying my yogurt, an employee began liberally spraying Febreze around the entire store, including the perimeter and near the cash register. The strong scent of lavender quickly filled the air, completely overpowering the delicate flavors of the frozen yogurt. It was like I was eating my yogurt in a field of lavender, not a dessert shop. While I understand the desire to maintain a pleasant atmosphere, the timing and intensity of the air freshener use significantly detracted from my experience. The overwhelming scent took away from the taste of the yogurt and made it difficult to enjoy the dessert.I would recommend that Yogurt Mountain reconsider their air freshener usage, especially while customers are actively eating. Perhaps opting for a subtler scent or using it during non-peak hours would be a more considerate approach.Overall, while the frozen yogurt itself was likely delicious, the strong air freshener unfortunately ruined the experience for me today.

Loss of 2 stars over the unfriendliness of the staff. You're not reinventing the wheel here, have the yogurt and toppings, charge an exuberant amount for a cup of yogurt and keep it clean. That's the job. When you go in, it feels very unwelcoming and checking out is just unpleasant. Have been there twice and don't particularly want to go back.

The inside is very nice. All of the workers are amazing and never give you a problem. In addition, the yogurt is DELICIOUS. D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S. They have so many toppings to choose from. It is so clean in there.

Nasty inside, one flavor tasted old had to stand and plead case after spending nearly $40 and wasn’t able to eat two bowls due to the old taste. Take your money to sweet frogs
