25 min at a drive thru is totally ridiculous! Some people only get a 30 min break. The food is not worth being late to work. I will not be doing it again.

2025 update: it's been three years since I was at Zaxbys, came through the drive-thru at 9:30 last night. They didnt give me three things that I ordered and paid for. Too late to go back because they were closing. Probably not going to return. Safe because the food is good.

This was a good fast food restaurant, the quality was good and the staff were always high quality and my order was always accurate. The last two times I have been there my orders have not been accurate. Now I feel that I need to stop and check everything before I leave. Very sad..

Today I was rung up by Dee on her very first day! She is going to be a great cashier for you guys. She smiled, got my order right the first time, and was such a delight. Her trainer was fantastic as well! I saw her touring the lobby with Dee showing her areas of attention and ensuring all products were stocked. Keep it up ladies!

Idk why yall gotta have such attitudes when someone comes to your location. If this is not what you want to do maybe go somewhere else. First off my order is a mess and i paid for extra sauce and seasoning for my fries that i did not receive. Like yall didnt even get the chickenfinger on one of my tacos, i mean is it really that hard. This is not the first time this has happened either and again all i can say is yall need to do better.

Dined in & Asked for the new Asian shrimp zalad because I saw it on the commercials & ordered a medium drink. They gave me a salad with chicken on it. They said I should have asked for shrimp. It’s ADVERTISED with shrimp not chicken and the manager would not fix it at all. Way to show customer service. The restaurant was empty and the manager had an attitude. Waste of $14, (with drink) not coming back and deleting this app I don’t have to pay that much for a salad when I can make at home. Zaxbys has gone down over the years anyways might as well go to Chick fil A, they would’ve fixed it no problem & the service is better there.

I ordered the quesadilla, it was not grilled/toasted very little cheese and it wasn't melted and was very salty! It did have a lot of chicken. Just too salty.
My husband ordered the chicken sandwich very messy hard to eat and very salty.
We were very disappointed. Probably won't go back.

I dont know what yalls budget for salt is, but DAYUM them some well coated fries. When I tell my dad to make sure to put some salt on my fries, THIS is was Im talkin bout! Mouth and gums are tingling! Yall be careful with them fries. In the wrong hangs, they could melt the polar ice caps

My girlfriend got her water through the drive-thru and it was yellow. It didn't taste like lemonade so I don't know what made it yellow. But it was yellow and I'm not happy about it. We also asked for 2 nuclear and 2 ranch. She repeated the order incorrectly, and when we corrected her, she ignored us and told us to pull up. Train your POS better.
