Bathrooms were dirty, no way to dry hands in the men’s bathroom- workers are required to wash hands? and sink was filthy. Outside sign was broken, US flag shredded and windows have not been cleaned for sometime. All tables had crumbs on them. Drink dispenser only offered water, tea, root beer and mellow yellow. No ketchup, had to reach into a plastic sleeve to get lids for cups. Worker greeted me my saying I looked tired, haha. Also my booth seat was dry rotting, chairs were pulled out all around. Dining room had clearly not had attention for sometime. This was 2:00 pm so not lunch/dinner rush. This place needs a corporate visit.

The young lady. Ar drive thru was wonderful me however, she gave me my drink and change. But, I forgot the burger and fries and when I got home to eat I did not have them. When I called in back no one amswers the phone I have been trying over two hours.

Just had a wonderful experience. The lady who is working the drive thru was a sanit. She just started putting up a truck. We wanted some onion rings. She was sweet and got us some. Had a really sweet personality and very courteous.

I was at this Burger King location HOPE HULL AL, 36043 and I say hello and no one responded so I thought the machine went out so I said hello again to make sure it work if someone speak to the mic and so I thought it was broken and I came up and some guy told me he refuse to take my order because I was screaming in his ear set because I say hello , well he insist I was scream hello and he didn’t even try to speak out so I can hear him , he claim when I pull up to the window and again refuse to take my order he say he not gonna take my order because I scream hello in his ear head set while he took a order and again he didn’t speak out to the machine to let me know he is taking a customer, this is unacceptable behavior and unacceptable customer service, I see why this place have bad review
