I placed an order at 10:55 pm on the BK app, get to the location at 11:06, all lights still on, drive through menu board lit up, 2 employee cars in the parking lot. Pull up to the mic and wait… nothing, I pull around to the window and an employee is walking away goes around the corner and “hides” behind a rack ( I can see him standing there with a broom or something in his hand and just stands there) I honk the horn and still nothing. I can hear him talking to someone else who’s laughing. On the window there hours are posted as 12:00. Emergencies happen, things come up, maybe you had to close early… but hiding like children? Not simply putting a note up or just answering the microphone? Childish and very unprofessional. Also this same situation has happened at least six or seven times so it’s not an isolated incident. It’s a convenient location but I won’t be back anytime soon. I’ve also put in complaints on the app when repeatedly putting in for refunds when they’re closed but I’ve never heard back from the company so I guess Ibeing unprofessional is the company model now.

I will never go back to this BK. If the manager lady is not there or if she's too busy to take your order and put it together it's not going to be correct. I had to tell them 3 times that I wanted a whopper with cheese and large fry and large ice water. They still could not get it correct. I took my whopper to the counter and said that I had ordered it with cheese and the only male working in the place got an aditude about it. By the way look at this order of large fries and they were also cold. And such craftsmanship putting this burger together. 😡 Fo yourself a favor. Don't go to this location. The guy there just may as well cursed me out and he was talking like he was the victim and he and everyone else had a problem putting doing their cellphones. I would fire everyone on of them for ruining this business also it wouldn't hurt them to mop a floor or clean a bathroom every few weeks. This place is disgusting.

Not the worst Burger King I have been to, but just barely. The staff was friendly, but everything else was inexcusably bad. Maybe that's why there was no wait and plenty of parking. Should have checked the reviews before going. They did get my order right, so there's that.

In an article where soft serve ice cream was rated, Burger King came in second. I decided to give it a try and agreed with the ratings that the Burger King's ice cream was very good. However, can we discuss why have there have been no improvements in cake ice cream cones since I was a kid?
