The young lady. Ar drive thru was wonderful me however, she gave me my drink and change. But, I forgot the burger and fries and when I got home to eat I did not have them. When I called in back no one amswers the phone I have been trying over two hours.

Asked what they had ready as I was in a hurry and would eat anything that was ready to go. They said anything so I ordered just a standard burger no customization or anything tricky about it. Guess who's now waiting on something that was not ready. One star

Just had a wonderful experience. The lady who is working the drive thru was a sanit. She just started putting up a truck. We wanted some onion rings. She was sweet and got us some. Had a really sweet personality and very courteous.
We stopped for lunch, I got the 2 cheeseburger meal, man they were small, but they were ok

I was at this Burger King location HOPE HULL AL, 36043 and I say hello and no one responded so I thought the machine went out so I said hello again to make sure it work if someone speak to the mic and so I thought it was broken and I came up and some guy told me he refuse to take my order because I was screaming in his ear set because I say hello , well he insist I was scream hello and he didn’t even try to speak out so I can hear him , he claim when I pull up to the window and again refuse to take my order he say he not gonna take my order because I scream hello in his ear head set while he took a order and again he didn’t speak out to the machine to let me know he is taking a customer, this is unacceptable behavior and unacceptable customer service, I see why this place have bad review

This place is horrible. The whole place was disgusting and very dirty, bathrooms are destroyed, they were out of 90% of the sodas, no ice, out of ketchup, no tea, gave all of our meals with no fries, we had to tell them what to put in a kids meal, messed up every single burger we ordered. We love Burger King but don't eat at this one. Go on down the road!
