This use to be my favorite pizza place until my last experience. I was so hurt they made me and my three children sit there and wait 45 minutes for a pizza that wasn't made properly and wasn't even cooked all the way. The staff claimed to all be managers and would not refund my money. I was on a two hour road trip. This was the worst experience of my life. Don't bother emailing corporate either, they haven't even acknowledged my issue. The staff play and flirt while ignoring paying customers. DO NOT EAT HERE YOU WILL GET SICK!!!
Kid-friendliness: This is NOT kid friendly at all. Your kids will be subjected to an environment they do not deserve. Don't do it!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with godfathers pizza…..we were in the lobby for 40 minutes and they hadn’t even started on our pizzas yet. Then the workers were rude and had attitudes about everything….multiple people came to the counter and complained….wouldn’t recommend coming here….

There is a sign that says you pay for what you touch, however they don’t have the pizza pushed down to see them. I was looking for the birthday bites which they had apple strudel in its place but I had to pull several down to even see what they were.Then had to wait to pay while everyone was over at the same place I guess making pizza.My husband said the pizza was good. Apple strudel looks good.

Stay 50 minutes Away really like the pizza me and my wife drove down three Fridays straight and when we get there they say they’re not making pizzas or they don’t have Pizza dough and have a bad attitude about it

I LOVE GODFATHER'S PIZZA!! I EVEN STOP AT ONE OF THEIR LOCATIONS WHEN I'M TRAVELING OUT OF
I have traveled to this location approximately five times in the past 12 months. My last two experiences were not pleasing. Today, 9/17/2023, I called the location before traveling to pick up my order; but no one EVER seems to answer the phone. I wanted verification that they had Large pizzas for sell (my last trip they didn't ). I secured my online order for two large pizzas without any problems and used my Debit card to complete the transaction. I traveled approximately 15 miles via interstate only to find out the pizzas were not ready, and once again they were out of Large pizzas! The employees advised me they did not check to see if they had any online orders and they were out of Large pizza boxes. I spoke with management and explained that I called (no answer) before I came, and completed the online order without any problems or notifications that Large pizzas were off the menu at that location. The employees stated they do not update the online ordering system. I also questioned if I were dialing the correct number, but it appeared no one knew the phone number to the store. I then dialed the number while I was in the store in order to see if it was operational, but I just heard a busy tone. I was told that they could complete my order by using several of the smallest boxes they had in stock. I told them that was not going to be satisfactory, and I wished to cancel my order immediately. I hope this message gets to the Owner(s) and the correct adjustments, training are made immediately!

Don't ever waist your time calling or ordering online with this location. The Don't answer the phone and seem to never get your online orders.... until they get either some more people or better people don't really recommend them if you're not getting the pre made personal pizzas.
