There is a sign that says you pay for what you touch, however they don’t have the pizza pushed down to see them. I was looking for the birthday bites which they had apple strudel in its place but I had to pull several down to even see what they were.Then had to wait to pay while everyone was over at the same place I guess making pizza.My husband said the pizza was good. Apple strudel looks good.

Stay 50 minutes Away really like the pizza me and my wife drove down three Fridays straight and when we get there they say they’re not making pizzas or they don’t have Pizza dough and have a bad attitude about it

I have traveled to this location approximately five times in the past 12 months. My last two experiences were not pleasing. Today, 9/17/2023, I called the location before traveling to pick up my order; but no one EVER seems to answer the phone. I wanted verification that they had Large pizzas for sell (my last trip they didn't ). I secured my online order for two large pizzas without any problems and used my Debit card to complete the transaction. I traveled approximately 15 miles via interstate only to find out the pizzas were not ready, and once again they were out of Large pizzas! The employees advised me they did not check to see if they had any online orders and they were out of Large pizza boxes. I spoke with management and explained that I called (no answer) before I came, and completed the online order without any problems or notifications that Large pizzas were off the menu at that location. The employees stated they do not update the online ordering system. I also questioned if I were dialing the correct number, but it appeared no one knew the phone number to the store. I then dialed the number while I was in the store in order to see if it was operational, but I just heard a busy tone. I was told that they could complete my order by using several of the smallest boxes they had in stock. I told them that was not going to be satisfactory, and I wished to cancel my order immediately. I hope this message gets to the Owner(s) and the correct adjustments, training are made immediately!

Don't ever waist your time calling or ordering online with this location. The Don't answer the phone and seem to never get your online orders.... until they get either some more people or better people don't really recommend them if you're not getting the pre made personal pizzas.

So we ordered two large pizzas online and little miss girl had a nasty attitude pizzas were done. She stated they didn't have large dough and that she never had the order. The order was on the screen they canceled it and said yo money will be on the card. Never again will I stop
On our way home to Mobile stopped at 7 15 pm to order a large combo on the thick buttery crust. Girl behind the counter said that could not be done, but failed to give any explanation. We had to wait for her to come in from outside and had her purse on her shoulder so I guess we interrupted her smoke break or something. Walked out of there totally confused on what just happened.

Poorest excuse of a godfathers pizza i have ever eaten. We drive over an hour to get a godfathers pizza expecting the quality to be like other godfathers pizza we have had before. Less the 3/4 of pizza had toppings and the rest plain bread. Makes me wonder if this is done intentionally to run business off or just they just don't care. This was the second and the last time we buy from this godfathers location.

This is the first time I've ever had to give this score. Most of the time it would be a 5.However, this pizza was sadly lacking in toppings, the toppings did not cone all the way to the edge, in fact it was about 1.5 to 2 inches from the edge and the toppings was so thin that they barely covered the crust.We've never had such a poor example of a pizza from Godfathers.The last thing is this, the young female that took the order was not friendly, never greater me and had a very sore expression on her face.
