Kiosk took order no problem but one soda machine was disassembled with the soda heads all over the counter the other sprayed clear soda water for doet coke and pure foam from the reg coke. Asked them to provide from the drove thru was told all the drink machines are broke. Try the tea... it was still warm and gross. Very poor performance.

You already know how McDonald's is anywhere. It all depends on who got the crew who runnin the crew and who on the crew and no matter which on of em u go to it's gone be one of them three and I guess I come up on one that was in the middle of having a good day. I pulled up to the curbside and mashed my lil ole buttons on my phone and bought me some food. And as normal I got comfortable for the wait but I ain't no more let my seat back and wiggled in good and homegirl was at my window with fries so hot I had to eat em last when they always first and I said damn u fast! She told me have a good day. Miss McLady was quick fast and in a hurry today and on point! Lol it was a good day at Micky D's today is all im sayin. May the force be with you

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your McDrive today. As soon as the employees heard that my English was not perfect, they completely ignored me and refused to respond. When I drove up to the window, no one even bothered to open it or acknowledge me. This is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and discriminatory.

No customer should ever be treated this way. Just because English is not my first language does not mean I deserve to be ignored. I expect McDonald’s to take this issue seriously and ensure that such disrespectful behavior never happens again.

Slow service. Tellers could pay closer attention so customer doesn’t have to repeat. (Not a language barrier…just attention deficit.) Coffee was just like warm not screeching hot as usual. All-in-all still satisfactory for quick pick up.

It’s not food, it’s trash. They did three mistakes in one order. We were the only customers and had TJ wait for about 15 minutes. Chicken strips were almost black color (oil must be very old). It was dirty there. The worst experience of McDonald’s. Never again I will go there in the US!
