The Lady In The Drive Thru Asked Us For Our Order As I Was Ordering She Was Talking To A Guy In Her Background She than asked us to pull around I got to the window and asked the guy to repeat the order back to us just to make sure they had everything correct before i purchase anything the order was wrong so instead of her fixing it she got loud at the guy and stated “THATS NOT WHAT WE ORDERED “ and snatched the bag out of his hand WE PULLED OFF WITHOUT PAYING AND WITHOUT THE food because with that NASTY ATTITUDE I will not be eating there or spending my money also I’m from another city I was stopping by before heading back on the road TO GHETTO

While the restaurant was clean and well kept, the service was poor during our visit. We had a large order for 15+ people and they got multiple things wrong. They also implied they already gave us "all" our food though we were waiting for 20+ minutes with grumpy kids and no napkins. I had to recommend they review thier security cameras to clear up any misconceptions. We left without our full order, went somewhere else.

Had breakfast here. They took our order at the register, friendly staff, and the food was good except the hash browns we really greasy. Should've requested a replacement, but didn't have time.
Very rude staff. I was having difficulty with my card when using their online system and it constantly kept declining due to a security lock protection from big purchases being made previously and they just stood there and laughed at me. On top of that, I waited nearly 30 minutes for a medium simple frappe and people that were after me got theirs.

MOST DISRESPECTED I'VE BEEN IN YEARS. SOME PEOPLE ARE PAID TO MUCH. As a famliy who all have worked in the Fast food buidness, mcdonals and BK.
Ordered happy meal thru drive thru. No other customers in line only employees cars looked to be in Lot at 6:30 ish. Got our Happy Meal box for grandchild and checked to see if hand no onions as requested. NO Burger or Apple Slices, just toy and fries. Cashier had window still open as we waited for our change cause couldnt use cards, they said. I pointed error out several times, and wife did too. then i reached over honked horn two times as she stood couple feet from opened window, still ignoring the mistake all that time . Then in an undertone she said she's by herself, as if they were busy. Still not responding to the empty box with fries or facing us. After the outright insult. Wife threw the box of fries thru window on the floor, got out and asked for our my back. With utter discuss we then left to go elsewhere. Good luck keeping that location in the green. Tom
