Pepsi products and Red Bull in the freezer case with several beers on tap and a fairly ample liquor stash for the bar. Service is good and quick. I got a local sausage on an egg bun. Delic! Also check out a token batch of Alabama mugs and merchandise. The counters, the chairs inside and chairs outside the venue that enjoy a window view of the airplanes are all high top chairs with no wheel chair access. The Runway offers a secluded area with open spaces, sofas, carpeted, and all wheelchair access, relaxing... Wheelchair access restroom in main airport area about 40 feet away.

The employees are so sweet and have great customer service. However, it’s unbearably hot in there. They need to do something about the AC especially given the fact that it’s already a small space with a kitchen. 5 stars for all the employees but it’s so hot in there.

I’m genuinely surprised to see positive mentions of Viktoriya in other reviews, as my experience was quite the opposite. She was by far the rudest server/bartender I’ve ever encountered. I had a simple request—just trying to order a slice of pizza—and was met with a dismissive and sharp, “I already told you that I don’t have it.” I had never spoken to her before and found her tone completely unprovoked and unprofessional.
Regardless of background or origin, there’s a basic standard of customer service that should be upheld, especially in the hospitality industry. Speaking to a guest in such a disrespectful manner is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this establishment because of this experience. No one with such a demeanor should be in a customer-facing role.

Had a flight delay that could have ruined my day, but a few hours at Runway 28 with their charming staff and cold beers, turned it all around. The food menu is nothing fancy, but keeps those hunger pains away.
Had a customer meeting end early so I had the pleasure of killing some time at Runway 28. Food was basic but very tasty - no complaints at all. Highlight of the evening was service and talk with the staff, in particular Victoria, who was an absolute delight. Thank you for providing me a great afternoon, even if it wasn't my plan.
