I hate to write this because this Starbucks has always been one of my favorite places, but my recent experience has been really disappointing. About a week ago, i came through the drive through and a barista named Kayla was at the window but Unfortunately, she was extremely disrespectful, rude, and dismissive throughout the interaction. I’m usually very understanding, and I know everyone has rough days, but it has happened multiple times to where I’m uncomfortable coming to this location the way she spoke to me was completely uncalled for. It made the entire visit uncomfortable and has made me enjoy coming to this location less and less. I hope management addresses this with her because I truly do love Starbucks, and I’d like to continue coming without feeling disrespected.

I love the varieties of coffees and the refreshers they have. You can have something different to drink everyday. And still be satisfied. And the food is incredible also. I got a lg refresher and cookie when I stopped by a couple of days ago on my way to the book store. And both hit the spot. I was needing that just that snack and refresher to add to my day along with my read for the day!!! 🩷

The BEST Starbucks Team Ever! The Hope Hull Starbucks deserves all the praise in the world! Every single time I come through, they greet me by name and already know my order — that kind of kindness and consistency is rare these days. The whole team is always smiling, upbeat, and truly makes my day brighter no matter how early or hectic it is.
They go above and beyond for their customers, and you can tell they genuinely care about people, not just coffee. My drinks are always perfect, the service is fast, and the energy in this store is just different — warm, friendly, and full of heart.
If anyone deserves a raise, it’s this crew!

We stopped at this Starbucks while on the road to our destination, and it was exactly what we needed, a perfect pick-me-up in every sense.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the kind of Southern hospitality that just puts you at ease. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind.. smiling, engaging in friendly conversation, and making us feel like more than just another transaction.
Our drinks were made perfectly (and quickly!), and the store was spotless, calm, and inviting, which is such a relief after hours on the road.
There was just something extra special about the way the team treated us. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about creating a great experience for every guest.
We left with our drinks in hand, smiles on our faces, and renewed energy, not just from the caffeine, but from the people. Huge kudos to the team at this location. You made our day. This is what great service looks like!
