We stopped at this Starbucks while on the road to our destination, and it was exactly what we needed, a perfect pick-me-up in every sense.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the kind of Southern hospitality that just puts you at ease. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind.. smiling, engaging in friendly conversation, and making us feel like more than just another transaction.
Our drinks were made perfectly (and quickly!), and the store was spotless, calm, and inviting, which is such a relief after hours on the road.
There was just something extra special about the way the team treated us. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about creating a great experience for every guest.
We left with our drinks in hand, smiles on our faces, and renewed energy, not just from the caffeine, but from the people. Huge kudos to the team at this location. You made our day. This is what great service looks like!

I'm sorry I missed yall this time! I checked online and it said you opened at 4:30 a.m. but when I showed up at 5:26 so were the workers! I hope you update your store hours soon to reflect when your workers actually show up.
It has been nearly a year since I had visited Starbucks. I stopped their Hope Hull Alabama location yesterday. The young woman was patient with me and made several recommendations of Frappuccinos that I might be interested in. The simple coffee frappe was just what I needed. Delicious.

Good morning. I absolutely LOVE this location. They know my voice, my name, and my order. They are all professional, kind, courteous, efficient, and timely. I never encountered anyone being rude or unprofessional. My order ir always correct even when I send others to pick my order up. On Saturday's I use Zelda Rd location because it's near where I get my hair salon. The manager from Hope Hull at times works at that location and she still my recognized voice when I came in the drive thru. Hands down it's Hope Hull for me. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this location!!!!!! I travel a lot, and I couldn’t be happier that I stumbled upon this location within the last year or two. I seek it out now. Very clean bathrooms, always excellent service, great dining area, consistently spot on drinks (I’m talking about best quality I’ve had from a Starbucks) .. I’ve kept waiting for this location to disappoint me on my drives through the area.. and I don’t think it’s possible! 12/10 stars.. all day long.

When I say this it's nothing but the truth.They need to sweep and mop that nasty floor.I saw spider 🕸️ in corners.Bottom of table legs are nasty.And also they need to clean windows.
