First of all the customer service was TERRIBLE you can clearly tell they hate their job, won’t speak clearly, look down the whole time, out of rotisserie chicken and ranch… I do NOT recommend this Subway.

What's the point in a menu when you have to tell them what to put on it I don't know what's on an outlaw and neither did she then she gets annoyed with me cuz I don't know what is on it just stay away from this one..

So first of all this Subway IS NOT open 24 hrs. We are currently here at 12:14am and they are closing. Secondly, the short lady who “served” us spoke so low we couldn’t hear her and she waited to tell us that they didn’t have a working oven until after we started ordering. My husband couldn’t let her continue making his food because the oven was already off. She’s not a very smart person at all. I wouldn’t waste your time here just keep going until you find another exit with better food and better service!

I've been to subways All over America. I've been to subways in China and this is the worst Subway I've ever been to. I was given four tomato slices on my footlong sub. I asked for more and they said no. They're running out. Meanwhile, the tub was full horribly slow, horrible customer service. They let us buy drinks even though their water fountain doesn't work. This was at the beginning of lunch time service. It's not late in the day they haven't worked a full day. This is unreasonable. I would argue the most reasonable thing to do would be to shut this place down and never hire these people ever again at any establishment

This was a very disappointing visit to subway. I am currently standing here as my sandwich is being made. I am being assisted by a short woman of African American Descent. She has very poor customer service skills and is not friendly at all. It is 3 A.M, despite it being early in the morning I feel that sales representatives should have better customer service than this. She has been very snappy and rude and as I get ready to checkout I am very unsatisfied with this interaction. She needs either a different shift or a different job.

I asked for the new Pickleball Club, thinking if I got something off the menu it would be easier for them to make since they were quite busy. The lady behind the counter was visibly annoyed that I ordered directly off the menu and when I didnt want to customize it. Then, she didn’t even put the lettuce and tomato on my sub. Thankfully, it wasnt a terrible sub, however it was still ranked as the worst sub from Subway I have ever had.

There was terrible service from the employees. I saw racism from them since we are Latino and after I left there were other people and they treated them well, apart from the fact that they were all smiling. We asked for bacon on our sandwich and the employee took a deep breath after placing the order.

I got a 1/2 sub with tuna the plus was she put a ton of tuna on it. However i ordered a Chirro and pretzel and wa told they are on the bottom of the pallet and they haven’t been put away yet. I asked how long before I could get one, never got an answer she just said they are not put away yet.Very said when there is a women working in the back she came out and asked one of the girls something.The girls seem nice and worked fast but I was disappointed I could not get what I ordered.We are just passing through so probably won’t be back.
