They dont take walk in orders they do have kiosks but all of them are broken staff was rude and more concerned with horseplay than filling orders it took nearly my whole lunch hr to just get through the drive-through and my order was wrong no requested sauces no extra cheese and I got a small when I paid for a large do not recommend eating here

Work down the street from this place. Every time I have came here for lunch I order nacho fries they be cold. I came here one day & ordered some tacos they didnāt have any sour cream or cheese on them but I ordered a number one that come with all of this on them. Then I said something to the lady at the drive through she got an attitude because I told her my food wasnāt right. This is the worse Taco Bell I have ever been to. I tried but will not be returning here to spend money again.š”š”š”š”

Very incompetent employees, often times they put my tacos into the bag upside down and have caused me to make a mess in my vehicle multiple times. They never remember to put the sauces in the bag, I never receive a spoon or fork when I order fiesta potatoes. Itās a miracle if I get my food and half of my taco isnāt empty. When itās good, its great, but more often than not itās a terrible experience.

Handled themselves very well through disgruntled lunch rush customers. Definitely one of the best taco bells I've been to on food quality, especially under that much stress. Occasionally they slip up but we are all human, hands down best customer service in hope hull though.

They put lots of white sauce on my tacos but it was on the edge. Had the dining room closed at 10am and some other people were upset about that. Friendly quick service.
Stopped by at 11:15 on a Saturday and dinning room was locked. For a interstate location you think the managers would have a open dinning room for lunch. Kinda common since but this is Alabama.

WORST Taco Bell (drive-thruā) ever been to (Folmar Pkwy, Montgomery, AL store)!! Stopped at this TB on the road on vacation. The TBās where we come from in TN have crispy fat tacos w/lots of meat, cheese, and lettuceā¦ ALWAYS! This particular Taco Bell Montgomery, AL, was soggy and FLAT with only a spoonful of meat cheese and lettuce. 1st time ever for me from a Taco Bell. These were flat as a flitter, and the chicken quesadillas were even flatter! They only had a chicken & cheese āsauceā, I thinkā¦ couldnāt tell. When I asked for some sour cream with my quesadillas, they said it Iād be an extra dollar, and I agreed. Should never be charged for something that should already come with quesadillas. What she actually gave me, though, was only a spoonful of sour cream! This store is a complete FRAUD and a sorry excuse for a Taco Bell. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!

I am very disappointed with my visit today at Taco Bell (Order #2, total $12.30). I specifically ordered no tomatoes because Iām allergic, yet my food still came with tomatoes. On top of that, the Cinnamon Twists I paid for were missing. This was supposed to be a quick lunch break, and instead it was completely ruined ā not to mention a waste of money. Attention to detail matters, especially when it comes to food allergies.

Terrible experience. They let people buy their bowls and had no utensils to go with it. If I wouldāve got my kids 2 drinks I wouldāve spent $50 at Taco Bell lol. I had to go back and order 2 more soft tacos and waited 15 minutes for thatā¦ To think of what I could get my family at Chipotle or Moeās for that makes me smh. Never again will I waste my money on this dump.
