This used to be my favorite spot. Fast service but the quality of food is poor. Grease doesn't get changed often fries never taste fresh, I do good getting hot food. I've just about stopped going. I have stopped in a few times to see if anything changes but nope!

I was dying to try the fish sandwich because people was telling me how good it was so I ordered the Fish Deluxe meal. Got home and discovered it was a reheated sandwich with one tiny piece of wilted lettuce and tomato. The cheese was old and the bun was burned and the fish was dark on the inside. I was very disappointed in my meal. I wish I could add the pictures I took of the meal.

Quality last few visits has been lack luster. This last trip we ordered a double burger which was wrapped with double on the outside so we did not open till we got home to find it was a single patty. Tried calling store to resolve and only answer you get is their fax machine. Will not be going back

This food is absolutely disappointing! The roast beef is ruined! Absolutely the worst experience!
The guy at the front was an absolute gem—sweet as a peach and genuinely helpful. On the other hand, the young woman with the piercings was clearly new and very nervous. I get it; I’ve been in her shoes. Working in the service industry is tough, especially when you’re still figuring things out and dealing with customers.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was a disaster. I placed an order through the app, but half of it was missing. I had to go back twice. When I finally got everything, my sandwiches were smashed and soggy, the fries were stale, and the sodas were watered down.
Honestly, the only way it could’ve been worse was if I’d found something gross in my food or dealt with rude employees—but that guy at the front saved this from being a total zero-star review. Even so, we won’t be coming back.
And it wasn’t just this location. Both Arby’s we’ve tried have been complete letdowns. Spending $50 only to leave frustrated and disappointed is ridiculous.

Recently had the fried macaroni and cheese bites. They were delicious. Hopefully Arby's keeps them as an all the time item. I can imagine them being very popular.

I paid almost $25 for 2 meals and I ordered a beef & cheddar double and it was the same size as a regular, specifically said sweet tea and I got watered down unsweet tea and my wife’s coke was about 3/4 of the way filled up, it wasn’t even to the top and what ice we did get it might have been a few cubes if that then we realize we weren’t given straws not even in the bag. This night crew is 👎🏻 most shifts I come they do it right but not this Friday night crew
