Made me go inside to pick up a mobile order that was placed for drive thru, always takes forever to serve the food and is very rude and forgetful every time, food is fine but coming here is a miserable experience

My favorite is ALWAYS breakfast. I love the sausage egg and cheese croissant. I recommend the 2 for $5.

Absolutely the worst fast food I've had

Each time I go to this location something is wrong. It's always the customer service nothing else. Well this is the last straw because this location has always closed at twelve. Well tonight there were plenty of staff in the restaurant and they were all standing behind the counter. We drove up to order and they yelled,"we are closed". Then when we were driving away they turned the lights out and hid in the back.

I live about 5 minutes away so this is my usual store to go to (and usually my favorite fast food place) but every time I've come to this store in the past couple of years (not days or weeks. YEARS) they've messed up every single order I've made, and I usually just deal with it because it's still food but when it's been EVERY TIME, I'm done with it. Let's also mention that (of course) their shake machine "was down" at 1pm in the afternoon. Then, when I complained about it, their customer service says they can't even give me a refund. This company has gone completely downhill and I'm surprised they're still in business at this point.

They open at 6 am. I had to call and see if they were open@ 6: drive to window, the cook walk & see me in drive through stepped back it 7:10 now

How hard can it be to fulfill an order? It's not Rocket Science. I spent approx. $30 on breakfast food and half my order was incorrect and I was missing some of it.

Don’t get fries here! Ordered them, they came out tasting like raw potato. When I asked for a replacement, they just gave me fries from apparently the same batch that were also undercooked.

Terrible service

Their speaker on the menu barely works, you can’t hear the employee, and the employee can’t hear you. Today their drink machine was out of order and they were only serving water. The line is long and slow. They should just shut this location down and put it out of its misery.
