Put in an online order 10 min before I arrived. When I arrived, every employee was out back smoking weed. You could smell it everywhere. Stood inside for 10 min before a local cop came through the drive thru, and THEN they decided to come back in. Then I had to wait for everything to be cooked right there, which took another 5 - 10 min. They also didn't have ice.. How this place has stayed open is beyond me. Last time I'll be here.

Burger Kings slogan should not be " Have it your way," well at least not at this location!!!!! Do NOT expect to order anything to your liking because if its not on the menu that away you will not get it that away. The customer service is honestly the worst I WILL NEVER come back to this location! Even the manager was awful! which explains the whole store atmosphere!

Best freaking Burger King Ive been to in years. The order was perfect, the service was friendly and did not let the fact they were out of somethings get to her and I left feeling super positive and questioning my past 7 yrs of BK experience. Mountain Brook has terrible customers service and they "never get the order wrong" ?. Pinson always gets it wrong and just don't care because everyone is a stoned teen. In gardendale the order is right but I feel depressed every time I go; bad juju there. Roebuck is very fast and friendly but order never right, though they willing to fix it but, I feel for those kids.

The food was absolutely amazing! But the service was extremely slow. It took almost 20 minutes just to get a Burger. And I don't think it's because of the employees I think it's because of understaffing. Because the people that work, there were extremely nice and polite and explained to me that they were shorthanded. And that's what was taking so long.

Just don’t do it! There is a reason why nobody ever eats here anymore. This restaurant was going downhill long before Covid but has hit rock-bottom now. Food is horrible, sloppy when it’s put together. Employees are checked out and have bad attitudes. Most of the time when you go, they’re out of key things like Coke! And compared to other fast food restaurants, Burger King has lost its mind with its pricing, a basic sausage, egg and cheese croissant meal is over $8 now. For good service and good tasting food. I might be willing to pay that on occasion but not at this particular location. I’m guessing this location has less than 12 months before it shuts down.

This is a fast food restaurant. I stopped today 8/15/2023 for breakfast. My order was bacon egg and cheese croissant, orange juice and a large.Dr Pepper, what I received was the croissant and large Dr.Pepper and hash brown. The hash browns were so greasy I couldn't eat them. We have got to do better as a fast food chain.

This location leaves a lot to be desired in service as well as food. Staff behaved as I was bothering them by coming in. The food was equally lack-luster. Lukewarm fries and burgers tasted boiled or steamed rather than flame broiled. Not one grill mark. And when did there become a charge for pickles & onions? I won't be visiting this location again.
