Church's Texas Chicken

The staff here is always fantastic! The food is always on point. If you're looking for a place to get some chicken, this is it. The parking lot is fenced off because they are doing work. It's not really inconvenient. Just make sure that you're alerts when you drive through so you don't hit anybody or any fences.

Like all Churches, slow, always out of something and always pulls you up and have you waiting atleast 15-20 minutes. Never a good experience but the food makes up for the waiting time.

The fried shrimp I got work good but they do not have tartar sauce for fried shrimp They got cocktail sauce Don't everybody eat cocktail sauce. This is a hit of misplace.

Service was terrible. They didn't have sides that I wanted (had large, not small). Also left out a piece of my chicken and the okra was burned. Sad!!

I don’t think I am ever going back. They are slow, so very slow, and most of the time the food is not fresh and sucks. Out of 10 times ordering fries you get fresh ones once, if that. Not only that, they have gotten rid of corn on the cob (at least on DoorDash) and that was one of the reasons I liked going there. In fact, if I find out that they have discontinued their corn on the cob I don’t think I am eating at Churches chicken any more at all. It is a shame too because back in the day they were the best. Be no more churches chicken. I don’t see how they are going to stay in business at this rate.

My fruit was a bit tart and not as sweet than usual. Atmosphere was very nice and clean.

I made my order online, and it was ready when I got there to pick it up. I had to drive back to McCalla, and it was still hot and good when I got home. AND my order was correct ,that was a PLUS.

Food was good and hot the cashier was very pleasantly nice.

Not sanitary. I ordered okra and received fries. I looked in my bag in the drive thru and told the young man I ordered okra and he wanted me to take the fries out the box with the chicken and give it to him because I didn't pay for fries. I told him I have no problem giving the fries back but that wasn't sanitary and if I give him the box, give me fresh chicken with the okra. The manager came and I told him that wasn't sanitary and he acting like she give her okra because she holding up the line. I never wanted the friend I was taken back by that

Sorry as place ever time I go there they never complete order all ways leave something out and don't ever make it right if u can't complete order give me a refund

Order the four piece with fries and dipping sauce at the drive-thru. Got them my next stop to eat my lunch and all I had was the French fries and an empty container that should have had the wings. I'll never go there again

Yum. Wasnt sure what to expect but any complaint I may have had was scrapped because the food was really good. Which is really all that matters. Pleasant surprise

I ordered 16 mixed and received 16 dark. I have been calling for an hour and no answer. I was charged $55.00 on 11/09/2024 at 6:30 pm on Dolomite, Alabama . I would like to be contacted on this matter. I will call back tomorrow.
