Cinco de mayo mexican grill

This is by far ABSOLUTELY the BEST restaurant in Hueytown, AL! They check all the boxes from the service to the quality/quantity of food, service time & the flavor of the dishes! It's a very family-friendly atmosphere, but it could also be a great spot for work meetings, lunch, or date night out with your significant other. I make it a point to try something new each visit & I have yet to be disappointed!

Pretty solid Mexican food. Portions were great, especially for the price. The salsa was strange- kinda tasted like marinara, but it was good enough. Much better when mixed with their house-made orange hot sauce. Definitely ask for the hot sauce, it was very good!

Food wasn’t very good. My son’s food was burnt and my fajita salad lacked flavor. Gratuity for a family of 5 plus 1 guest 20% ouch. Server though was very sweet and attentive.

The food is seasoned really good unlike some other Mexican establishments. Really good food and service

We were charged a delivery fee dining in? Also I asked for a little more cheese for my dish and they charged me for that too. The chips were stale and the salsa was really bland. I don't recommend this place at all.

Everything is great every time. Talk to the bartender, he will make the right drink just for you.

On this particular dish I think it could have been a bigger portion and it tasted great but the dish that my wife had was very nice. The service was fantastic, and the owner himself came out to see about you, and the atmosphere was great it is family oriented. So I would definitely recommend it and be going back myself

I 100% recommend the restaurant on May 5, it is a restaurant with authentic Mexican food. I really recommend it. The owners and employees are very friendly and, above all, very clean.

This place was my go-to place for some time until recently. Food has gone downhill, and the chips were awfully almost like they hadn't changed the oil in months

We moved back to Alabama from Arizona. And we found this lovely spot. It's delicious and reminds me of AZ. My favorite Mexican restaurant so far that we've eaten at.
