Manager needs to worry more about constantly undercooked items than trying to be a gatekeeper over coupons.
I ordered cheesy stuffed bread, 1 6 piece buffalo wing and 1 6 piece plain wings and received 2 plain wings and no bread. Tried calling the driver/ store immediately after drop off (it’s been an hour now) and can’t get anyone to the phone. Unprofessional and disappointing. The only option for reimbursement was a 20% off coupon or free pizza.
I called Domino's in Hueytown on Wednesday to ask if they could deliver 30 pizzas to Oak Grove high school on Friday for our football team after the game. I was told that it was too far so I thanked them and hung up. Thirty seconds later the supervisor called back and said they would deliver there because of the big order.
