they can never make a pizza correctly, I have worked at pizza places before, reading an order is not that hard... my pizzas usually are always wrong in some way or another, I am finally done going to dominos in hueytown for now on, shame they use to be amazing way back in the day in the early 2000s

half the times they will not agree or even argue when they say the pizza is correct when it is indeed wrong, one time my father ordered a sandwich and we said no mushrooms since my father is allergic to them they made it with mushrooms and my father called them up that it was wrong and he was allergic they argued saying we put them on the sandwich, it takes alot for me to write a bad review... i allowed this to happen for years but im thru going to them.

I placed an order at 5:30 PM, but it’s now 7:00 PM and I still haven’t received my food. 35 order

The driver claimed he couldn’t find my house, and while he said he called eight times, when I tried calling him back, I couldn’t reach him on the number he called from, and it took a long time for the store to answer. I called the store and asked on what happened because the app said it was complete. Xavier was the driver. That looked on me that said I'll get in touch with the driver. They didn't tell me but they transfer me to the driver and the driver said that he tried to call but he completed it because he couldn't find the house. You can see on the picture it is complete on Forest road. I do not live on Forest road. Forest road is actually Domino's where Domino's is at.

The second time I call.

I spoke to the manager, who apologized but said it would take another 45 minutes to prepare and send my order out again, and they said they issue a refund. They claimed the issue was due to new drivers, but I’ve never had problems finding my house before, and many others in my community order from Domino’s regularly. I’m frustrated that I’m expected to wait even longer and then wait additional days to receive a refund as well. This situation is poor customer service and disappointing.

I requested the food sent out because it was more than 45 minutes late and a refund but a man just said he could not do both . I have been a manager before in other establishments, the management can do what he wants to do to keep a customer. I guess I'll start order from Papa John's going forward.

Domino’s needs to improve.

The wrong pizza was delivered, and it arrived flipped over. They offered me a replacement pizza and a free drink, but the new pizza took an hour to arrive and was also incorrect, including the size. I called the business, but after being on hold for over five minutes, no one answered. I decided to go to the store assuming they were busy, and when I arrived, there were no customers. I spoke with the manager and explained the situation. He claimed the driver had delivered the correct pizza, but he was mistaken. Despite this, he didn’t apologize, offer a free pizza, or refund my money. I had to suggest the offer.

Place sucks ass. 2 hour delivery times and they can't ever even find my house, even though I leave detailed instr online. They had me so pissed with a 2 hour delivery time that I was unaware of that I raged my shit and didn't even want it. They suck ass, won't order here ever again.

I ordered chicken Alfredo and received mac and cheese without chicken. It was terrible Alfredo, and not even good mac and cheese. No word yet from Domino's on what they are willing to do for the wrong order. Fortunately all the other guys are in town while they decide.

Ordered 2 pizzas and they were delivered with ants. All l wanted was a remake but the manager said they were too busy. Then l explained that this was their mistake and they should be willing to fix it. I even offered to come get it but he stated l was only able to come in a replace my order and then they would remake it. That is insane. The driver or the store has ants and nobody had the decency to just take care of the customer? This would have never been a review IF they had just fixed the issue. I really can't believe that the situation was handled that improperly.
