They got my order wrong

The food and the service here were exemplary. The atmosphere was also pretty dope, but when we arrived, my wife and son observed a couple that was apparently overdosed on some heavy stuff. The staff was very helpful as they went to the car and awakened the couple. The man threw his car in reverse, and as he was leaving, he almost hit our vehicle. Thank God he didn't...

I've gotten breakfast here several times and each time is fast and easy. Great customer service, friendly workers, and food is ready and not much of a wait time. The food is always hot and tastes great.

Overall, Jacks is an excellent choice for fast food. Most locations are excellent, however several the Hueytown night crew/manager can be very rude. Tonight they even cussed to tell someone at drive through to “bring their ass in”. I don’t think it gets ruder than that.

That last couple of times, they got part of my order wrong. I had gotten a dinner with 2 sides and assumed they put plastic utensils and napkins in the bag. I didn't think to ask, but when you order mashed potatoes, it's kind of a given that you're gonna need a fork or spoon. I wasn't gonna be home for a while, and when I got ready to eat, I couldn't because I didn't have any utensils, so I had to try and find some. It took awhile and by the time I finally found some, I was really aggravated by it all. The service at this Jack's restaurant in particular was gone drastically down.

Pretty good place, but they don't really listen when they cook in your food They don't pay attention They cook it the way they want to cook it not the way you want it.

Tell me why your drive through employee is working the window and walking through the kitchen with a black and mild in his mouth? Disgusting.

The guy working therre this morning is rudew and GOD ALLMIGHTY WILL CURSE THOSE WHO CURSE ME. I AM A SEED OF ABRAHAM.

Fast service abd great food; especially breakfast.

It all depends on the crew. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s meh. Not terrible by any means, but not worth going out of your way for.

Just went through the drive-thru and I ordered a number to which is a big bacon burger no bacon is on the burger the french fries are cold and just tried to call the company and they picked up and hung up the phone to let him know that my order was not correct

Service , cleanliness, and attitude were horrible. If I were a part of the corporate team, there would be a meeting. This meeting would consist of customer satisfaction, professionalism, and cleanliness. If the conditions don't improve, personnel would be terminated.

2024 Update: Every year or so, I give you guys a chance. You FAIL EVERY TIME! The egg on the big breakfast sandwich was thinner than the cheese slice. They should just close this store, tear it down, and make way for a Chick-fil-a or something better.

2022:As I sit in the parking lot typing this... Picture says it all. Again, no quality control. I don't expect a lot. I'm not Gordon Ramsay, but I think this store would give him an aneurysm. My wife was with me. The cashier gave her an attitude while ordering. She decided against buying an iced coffee. We only ordered 2 breakfast blts. The tables looked nasty inside. Parking had trash everywhere. I didn't tell a manager because we didn't want the Arby's hot grease treatment. Lol...

Plus I have never been listened to on the tellittojacks website... Consider I used to work at a Jacks years ago, y'all have gone downhill...all stores.
