Flies were everywhere, it just felt like the environment hasn’t been cleaned properly and the baby seats were filthy but the food was good

I requested with my big breakfast pancakes with butter and reminded the cashier at the window to not forget the butter. When my order was given to me by her I asked was the butter added for the pancakes, she said yes! I get to my destination, guess what no butter! I would have checked my completed order but trying to be considerate and not hold up her line, I pulled off! People like her who doesn't mind telling you a lie or inconvenience you, beware! This could have really been ugly over butter for pancakes! Next time, I will keep going to where I can get want i want and encourage my friends to do likewise!

Flies were everywhere. Not just a couple - throughout the entire restaurant, including what I could see from the counter where I paid. Jack’s food is always good, but I felt gross eating there and should have walked out, but the food was paid for when I realized the magnitude of the fly problem.

Jack's on 19th Street can't cook eggs with cheese but the one in hueytown does it just right

I have been going there several times a week. For the past 4 years and recently, they're trying to charge me for white gravy for the chicken fingers, I would completely understand if I was getting it with additional dipping sauces, but considering it, that's what my child's dips theirs in I shouldn't be charged, especially since they haven't been charging me all this time. And on top of that, I could keep going. They're always forgetting something or the order's not right.

They are always lying about the ice cream machine is down for cleaning. It's always the young people.

They got my order wrong

The food and the service here were exemplary. The atmosphere was also pretty dope, but when we arrived, my wife and son observed a couple that was apparently overdosed on some heavy stuff. The staff was very helpful as they went to the car and awakened the couple. The man threw his car in reverse, and as he was leaving, he almost hit our vehicle. Thank God he didn't...

I've gotten breakfast here several times and each time is fast and easy. Great customer service, friendly workers, and food is ready and not much of a wait time. The food is always hot and tastes great.

Overall, Jacks is an excellent choice for fast food. Most locations are excellent, however several the Hueytown night crew/manager can be very rude. Tonight they even cussed to tell someone at drive through to “bring their ass in”. I don’t think it gets ruder than that.

That last couple of times, they got part of my order wrong. I had gotten a dinner with 2 sides and assumed they put plastic utensils and napkins in the bag. I didn't think to ask, but when you order mashed potatoes, it's kind of a given that you're gonna need a fork or spoon. I wasn't gonna be home for a while, and when I got ready to eat, I couldn't because I didn't have any utensils, so I had to try and find some. It took awhile and by the time I finally found some, I was really aggravated by it all. The service at this Jack's restaurant in particular was gone drastically down.

Pretty good place, but they don't really listen when they cook in your food They don't pay attention They cook it the way they want to cook it not the way you want it.

Tell me why your drive through employee is working the window and walking through the kitchen with a black and mild in his mouth? Disgusting.

The guy working therre this morning is rudew and GOD ALLMIGHTY WILL CURSE THOSE WHO CURSE ME. I AM A SEED OF ABRAHAM.
