This place needs to be closed. The staff is unprofessional and doesn’t care if you get the food that you ordered. I will never order food from this place ever again and I would recommend that no one else eat at this restaurant.

KFC Hueytown? Seriously guys, it's time to shut it down. This was absolutely the worst food that I have ever paid for. They were out of mashed potatoes and the chicken was so overcooked and bland my dog had to walk around it a few times before he considered it garbage enough to eat. I have eaten at this KFC three times. 1990's it was awesome. great chicken and sides 2010's I got wicked food poisoning from the chicken This was my third and final time. There is no way whomever owns or manages this location doesn't know how bad this is and for how long it has been this way.

Went through the drive thru. I was the only car there- outside or inside and still had to wait for the food. Back home, the potatoes were burnt. The biscuits were smashed in the top of 12 piece bucket. It will be awhile before I return here if ever. I should have known something was wrong when the place had no other customers.

I should have took the hit No one is ever there .. I just wanted chicken I ask for what was on the sign .. She said it wasn’t available… 20 nuggets tried to order 5 tender meals to get my amount of chicken another .. My buddy said he seen while in captains D right next door.. At kfc some lady tried to fight a old lady in the drive thru trying to order food.. People had to stop your employee.. It happen a some months ago. I’ve been busy with “running a business”. Im sure you’ve wander why your business isn’t working in Hueytown ..

It’s just in there a their not letting me have it .. They wouldn’t give me the chicken in that quantity that day .. An didn’t honor the deal that they lol put on there sign.. Take the time and put it on the sign .

Don't go to this restaurant it has gone down! Chicken is horrible dry, old tasting and just nasty like it's been drug across the floor! Not kidding the food has gotten this bad! And I grew up eating KFC but no longer. I will go to Popeyes chicken from now on in 5 points West! Soo much better than KFC ever was!

The food was old and dried out they ran out of some of the chicken and they were supposed to give me original recipe in place of extra crispy but all they did was add some wings to it and only gave me two legs in a 8-piece legs and thighs and they didn't the girl there that was making the order didn't want to take time to make fresh chicken or give me any anything good the gravy had slime scale in it from sitting so long the potatoes were dried out the corn was burned in the biscuits were rock hard

The chicken pieces were VERY small, gummy, dry, and just awful. The service was pleasant and it's the only reason they got the two stars they got. I would rather have great food and bad service. Focus on the food.

My seafood platter was cold, the butter would not melt on the baked potato. The food tasted like it was cooked at 9 am in the morning. The shrimp was chopped shrimp. Don't waste your time or money at this one. I'll never return!!!

On 10/29/24 Hueytown KFC has horrible customer service. I tried to ordee the Tuesday special (8 pieces for 10). I wanted the original recipe but they didn't have it. I was told it would take 15 min so l went to Aldi's and came back around 25 min later. I then they told it be 12 min. When l said she told me 15 min 25
