Got a pot pie for lunch in drive through- it was barely warm and didn’t have as much filling as it did crust. Had a drink as well with almost no ice in it. Staff was fine, no negative interactions there but the food was a little disappointing :(

90% of my experiences with this restaurant are good but I felt the need to say something about a recent bad experience. I went and got food through the mobile KFC app for drive thru pickup. I requested my sandwich plain and by the time I got home to eat it discovered it had mayo on it. I couldn't drive back to the store at the time to take them the incorrect item so I threw it away and made a call this morning to request the situation be remedied only to be told you MUST have the food in hand. I understand scams but apparently you're expected to hold onto an incorrect meal overnight just to prove they made a mistake.
Overall, points for all the good times but I feel this is a step in the wrong direction. However, for anyone else who still wishes to visit this location I suggest always checking your items at the store for immediate remedy (as I likely should have) or else you risk losing your money over the mistakes of those who read and prepare the orders incorrectly.

Pulled up to drive through. After sitting for 10 minutes someone finally came over the speaker. I was told they were no longer taking orders. It was 3 hours before closing. I questioned the male employee that I heard them correctly. Pulled around and looked in the windows of the dining room to see several male employees around a table arm wrestling. PLEASE just go out of business so another establishment can take your place.

Got a chicken pot pie from this location. Tell me this...... 1. Why was it more crust than chicken and vegetables? 2. The pie was sunk in in the middle. 3 . It was light as hell!! 4. They have went up tremendously!! I use to pay 5.00 for a combo, now it's almost 8.00 for just the potpie.
I feel like I have been taken advantage of 1⭐ is way too much!!
This place needs to be closed. The staff is unprofessional and doesn’t care if you get the food that you ordered. I will never order food from this place ever again and I would recommend that no one else eat at this restaurant.

KFC Hueytown? Seriously guys, it's time to shut it down. This was absolutely the worst food that I have ever paid for. They were out of mashed potatoes and the chicken was so overcooked and bland my dog had to walk around it a few times before he considered it garbage enough to eat. I have eaten at this KFC three times. 1990's it was awesome. great chicken and sides 2010's I got wicked food poisoning from the chicken This was my third and final time. There is no way whomever owns or manages this location doesn't know how bad this is and for how long it has been this way.
