I just drove 30 mins to Krystal's in hueytown and they is closed because t I'm hungry and somebody need to tell me something because this is ridiculous
Workers were nice. Bread was stale and it didn't have that krystals taste but It's not the workers fault.

Waited 20 minutes was told tp pull up at 9:30 am Waited 15 minutes while 8 cars went around me. Went inside and was told bus units were cooking . So I then waited 15 minutes longer before receiving my order which was terribly wrong . Don’t go here. I was not the only one that got wrong order or got tired of waiting in line and left. I won’t be back. Can’t even rate one star

So food was fine. Service was not. I asked the employee at the register for a 24 pack no onions. She replied "we can't do that". I said I've ordered this at this location multiple times. She then denied again that they could do that till eventually the employee went and asked I assume the manager. Which she then came up and said " I can do that but you have to order a 24" ??♀️ yes that's what I'm trying to do. The employee asked for my order and said "so 24 no cheese no onions?" I said yes. Waited like 25 minutes, long time but whatever. And I get my Krystal's and they had put cheese on them and apparently charged me for them. I didn't say anything cause at this point I'm not waiting another 25 minutes ?.

Last night, I went by Krystals and got 24 cheese Krystals and 3 chili cheese fries. They gave me the wrong order. I didnt realize until I got to my sons house. He wouldn't the Krystal chicks and regular fries they gave me. I waited like 20 minutes on someone else's order.

It's fact I waited 30 minutes for my food for my food to be ice cold. It is ridiculous how that business had went down whoever the manager is they need to get a new manager or something the fries are cold the food is not good they used to be a good running place. And then they make you sit there and wait all that time for your food do not be right or be cold. You would have thought that I really sat there and order a whole bunch of stuff to order one meal to wait for 20 minutes. Never again
I’ve gone several times before 11pm close time (tonight at 10:40 pm being one of those times) to be told they are closed. When the sign says they do not close until 11. I asked the drive thru worker why does there sign say 11 if they close early every night and was ignored. Whoever owns this location please know you are losing money by allowing this

I went inside to order and stood there 5 mins while employees never acknowledge me while the manager stood at the door talking to a customer in the dining room they was talking about not being able to get ant help except for out of towners perceived to the door basically I couldn't get service so I left

This branch needs a manager. Twenty minutes in the drive thru and counting. Ordered no pickles, no cheese, guess what I got? I would have understood the delay if the food had been fresh.
