Might as well close this place it's always out of everything if no one is waiting it takes more than 15 minutes. I have gotten food 1 out of every 10 attempts. This Krystal is the worst in the state of Alabama

Parking lot always empty ..the food isn't up to par any longer . Even though it is next door to Mac Donald's. Our food was soggy.
I just drove 30 mins to Krystal's in hueytown and they is closed because t I'm hungry and somebody need to tell me something because this is ridiculous
Workers were nice. Bread was stale and it didn't have that krystals taste but It's not the workers fault.

Waited 20 minutes was told tp pull up at 9:30 am Waited 15 minutes while 8 cars went around me. Went inside and was told bus units were cooking . So I then waited 15 minutes longer before receiving my order which was terribly wrong . Don’t go here. I was not the only one that got wrong order or got tired of waiting in line and left. I won’t be back. Can’t even rate one star
