Little Caesars Pizza

I’m not sure if it’s the location, the people that are hired, the management or what or what but this store just needs to be shut down and moved and with new management and workers. It’s very rare that they actually have pizza ready and when they do, like today when I was ready to buy a few pizzas, I am told that they can’t break a big bill and that I need to take it down to Dollar General break the bill and then turn around and come back to buy the pizza that I want……. That ridiculous kid working the window must be out of his mind if they think I’m going to go break a bill just to come back and buy the pizza. If I’m at Dollar General, why wouldn’t I go ahead and buy frozen pizza and just take it home and cook it? Which is exactly what I did.

Todays date is 10-1-24 and here it is 9:20 PM and after a long day I went through the drive-thru about 5 mins ago and the young lady working the window (I didn’t catch her name) just her entire demeanor and attitude was wonderful. She actually brought a smile to my face with the way she was in such good spirits and I hope she is acknowledged for that because I have come to this same location in the past and had some not so great experiences.

Brought the puffs difference in size overcooked & was given wrong kind

Parking: Front about 10 spaces between 2 companies & then there is drive through which leave little space to go around

We preorder 2 pizzas and chesse bread we sat in front of the store for 30 .ins. We asked the cashier about our order and she said she didn't know and did care.I ask for a manger .He walked up and look me in the eyes and said I didn't know we had someone waiting gave me they recite and walked away .This was very ugly .I would love to speak to someone about his and I want my money back .

Have to wait every time we go. Crust is also so thin.

The pizza had been cooked for a while. It was not my normal delicious hot pizza. I'm disappointed.

Customer is terrible! The little girl in the back her name is Regina she’s extremely rude first they messed up my order so I had to come inside while it’s pouring down raining she asked for the other pizza back I brought it back . I asked if she was gonna throw it away she said yes I said that’s a waste of food i can keep this and you guys make my order over she proceeded to throw my food away and say it’s gone be free ! How is it free when I’ve already paid for it ! Regina is a terrible employee I don’t even feel right eating my food I really feel like she has done somebody to my food!! I’m in the process of contacting corporate!!!! This is so ridiculous I’ve never dealt with this in my life !!!

I had to park and wait for over 10 minutes. In their defense they did have a very large order that afternoon.. The stores parking lot is very tiny and an extremely narrow drive thru access. Not recommended to have a utility trailer in tow! I often do, thankfully this afternoon I did not have mine with me. Friendly staff.
