The food is good. But, they add a 5% surcharge to your ticket automatically. I think it need to be added at check-out.

I had stood up for you all in the past, but tonight is showing me that there are two new issues that I never expected.
1. Carry out fee? Really. Ok fine, not big. Ya kinda punished customers who chose you, but needed to carry out..and I still tip anyway.... Shame.
2. Quality of the food. What happened? The burrito Durango was supposed to have cheese sauce on it. The nachos camaron, cheese appeared to have been watered down to make it stretch longer.
You can swing a cat and find another Mexican restaurant in this town. Racing to the bottom quality, for a margin increase is only short term gain.
Today's experience turned me off, and Cinco will probably be where I go next time... I hope you improve, because I actually liked your restaurant better...

Let me start this review by saying our server "Flo" was not only hospitable but so sweet. I immediately felt taken care of as she explained the menu to my grandmother with a friendly and reassuring smile. I ordered "The Hawaiian" which was a sizzling fajita plate with steak and pineapple as well as the usual mix of peppers and onions. It came out hot, seasoned and delicious. The portion was hefty and the three soft tortillas included with the meal were not only wrapped in foil to retain heat, they were soft and fresh. Couldn't recommend this place more!
