Had the bacon,egg and cheese biscuit and it was delicious! It came with several pieces of bacon, a big flaky biscuit, freshly cooked egg with a slice of American cheese. Added a cup of the Community Coffee and had a most excellent breakfast! Have had it early in the morning (before 7) and later in the morning (nearly 10) and the quality was the same.

I was looking for a country style breakfast, googled and found Mama's Country Cooking. I ordered two eggs over easy, two sausage patties and Biscuits Gravy. I could eat the eggs partially with little biscuits. The sausage patties were dry and old so was the biscuits soaked in Oil.

Restaurant is in a gas station so I had my doubts but it was great! I had lasagna with mexican cornbread with rice & gravy and fried okra. Price was reasonable as well for $10.99. Would recommend! 👍

I Love the food! Leslie the store Manager is an awesome, down-to-earth lady and very kind. I've always been happy with the atmosphere. People are generous and very helpful.
You would think that a restaurant attached to a gas station is questionable at best... but in this case, we went here no fewer than 5 times when I lived in Helena. Portions are huge. Cost is low. Great southern soul food and also cook to order options.
