Went to get the kiddos some food and I must say I love the new look and service

New Building. Same horrible service. Waited in line 15 minutes. Waited for half of my food for 10 more while the other I did receive went cold. Got back in line for 5 minutes. Only to have my remade food pushed out the window in a bag that looked like it been in a fight. Requested a refund and the young lady was cert nice about it. This location needs better training and stop hiring everyone that submits an application

The employees avoided eye contact to avoid helping me. I waited 30 minutes for my food after they told me to pull up. Everything was cold, as if they made the order on time but took forever to give it to me. The new inside sucks, what city council member approved this lay out, btw?

The store manager Ty went above and beyond to ensure that our order was correct after a small mishap. We need more Ty’s in the world! He was so nice and understanding, man deserves praise and a raise!!

The food is decent, and there's one lady that works the drive-thru, she's usually at the 2nd window. I like her, but y'all's food ain't good enough for the restaurant to suck this much.

I just love the people I've known since a teenager still work here, they are a good crew and I support them!! Thanks you guys keep up the good work 😁

We ordered from the kiosks because that's the only way to order at this location. It took 45 minutes to get our order. My husband had to go up to the counter, where he was ignored. Finally get an employee to notice him. Ask where our order was? The young lady who brought it out was nice. Items were forgotten. Dining room was not clean. I even saw an employee move 1 or the 2 high chairs at a table, place it back without wiping it off. New McDonalds but same old service! 😔

My experience was great....the young ladies that be in the dinning area..are awesome...they always asking is everything ok?...and ask do we anything??...they made my day, I have never experience that before in any McDonald...., we love the new McDonald...

I just had the most wholesome interaction with a lovely black woman at the window at this McDonald's. She was a pure delight and very helpful. I came there this morning and mind wasn't working at full compacity and that sweet kind lady with the patience of Job in the Bible guide me through my order with no frustration. We laughed together ❤️ and here I am eating this steak biscuit still feeling over our interaction.

I ordered 2 crib combos. The fries was cold and the McRid was nasty. You would think they remodel the building. The food would be good. But it's not. I would not never ever ever waste my money again. At 3069 Allison Bennett Memorial Dr. In Hueytown, Ala.
