Very unprofessional staff!!! I will not be doing business again!!! Had my ordered delivered and find out that your sauces are not in the box. End up calling and having to go get my pizza sauces from the store that were left out. Then after getting to the store the staff tries to Bo up at you. FYI ordering thin crust pizza, don't expect getting any sauce. Specially if you even order as extra and that should have been advertised in the first beginning. Not to mention we have complained about this too them multiple times. Again very unhappy customers!!!! This Papa Johns store needs to definitely get there act together!!!

The pizza was absolutely horrible no taste at all I ask for extra sauce and it wasn't any at all on top of the wait after place my online order I still had to wait about 15 minutes. The pizza taste like bread and cheese no seasoning at all no taste

Seems like the service is going down, last 2 orders have not been as they used to be, or this evening and order was delivered by door dash without the 2 liter drink we ordered, called store and was told I’d get free drink next order, I demanded refund immediately because there may never be a next order. I used to order 2 to 3 times per week.
I wish I had eight slices of pizza and they didn’t tamper with my food or actually cook the whole pizza whole. This wasn’t a great experience. First time I ever gotten an order and was missing a whole slice. Please do better Papa John’s Hueytown.
