No complaints about the crew working or the quality of the food.. The lobby or pick up area is just tiny.. But it's a delivery business primarily so, the small lobby is just a pick up point.

I been eating at this store 12 yrs. & never complained but Tonight was a waste of time,gas, & money my cheese sticks were BURNT ! & DRIED OUT more like bread sticks & my wings had a dash of Buffalo sauce... a HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT. All I wanted was for him to remake my cheese sticks but Mr.K.J... say he was the Manager on duty & he stated he was not gonna remake it but I have pictures & filed my complaint with corporate they say someone will reach out to me in 48 hours but if I don't talk with someone by Thursday i will be calling back !!..& his management skills is very unprofessional I don't even want to eat at Papa Johns ever again

I placed an order last night 7/25/23. As always it was hot, fresh and made to perfection. The employees are so very friendly too. They are my favorite Papa Johns and have the best pizza in town by far!

This place used to serve great pizzas the last three times I have ordered from here the pizzas have had no sauce and no hardly at all spend less money and get you a better pizza at Domino'
Placed an order at 8:30, it finally arrived an hour and a half later. Order was for $35 and so change, had a $50 asked for $10 back Driver didn't have change and wanted to take my money to store for change. I refused so he took my order back. Called to complain and management hung up on me.

I placed a online order for a New York style one topping pizza which I ordered the pepperoni and was given only cheese. I explained to the staff that I ordered a pepperoni New York pizza and was told there is nothing they can do I would have to reorder a my pizza and pay for a totally new pizza. I didn’t ask for a refund from the beginning I just asked that my pizza be remade and was told NO. I will never order anything from this Papa Johns again. Staff very disrespectful

This place is horrible, they do not wash their hands, nor do they wear gloves. I watched this guy make pizzas and then answer the phones then collect money. So nasty they are. Just throw the staff away!!!
