I ordered the wrong pizza, no fault of Pizza Hut. I went in they remade it and made sure I was happy. Excellent service and manager!!!

Friendly and attentive staff! I love their pizzas. I stop there every now and then after work to pick up their delicious meat lovers melt, and chicken wings. Their wings are always juicy, hot and easy to get off the bones.

I have not ordered from this Pizza Hut in years because of the terrible food and service. I read a recent review that said they may have a new manager so I decided to give them another try. My experience was amazing. I ordered online and received the order within 30 minutes after ordering. The food was hot, looked great, and tasted great as well. The delivery driver was actually one of their drivers and not DoorDash. He was very courteous. Please keep it up!

Pizza Hut in Hueytown has completely changed since they hired the new manager!! I had completely stopped eating there because every time we would order something, it would be messed up or just taste HORRIBLE!!Now that they have the new manager,the food is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! It’s actually made by someone who cares about their job and takes pride in what they do. We will DEFINITELY be going back!!!

Waited 3 hours for piza i paid $25 for only for the food to be "hand delivered " to someone else's hands. I'm hangry and on a call with pizza hut to find put whats up, the manager repeatedly hangs up on me after rudly telling me to go to door dash (and door dash gave me the case number and said I'd have to contact pizzahut. Still hung up on me time and time again.Still waiting on my refund...

Everytime I order online they have to remake my pizza when I get there! The old lady manager don’t need to be on the register. She’s dumb. Service is horrible!
