I have not ordered from this Pizza Hut in years because of the terrible food and service. I read a recent review that said they may have a new manager so I decided to give them another try. My experience was amazing. I ordered online and received the order within 30 minutes after ordering. The food was hot, looked great, and tasted great as well. The delivery driver was actually one of their drivers and not DoorDash. He was very courteous. Please keep it up!

Pizza Hut in Hueytown has completely changed since they hired the new manager!! I had completely stopped eating there because every time we would order something, it would be messed up or just taste HORRIBLE!!Now that they have the new manager,the food is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! It’s actually made by someone who cares about their job and takes pride in what they do. We will DEFINITELY be going back!!!
Order was incorrect and there was a HAIR baked into the crust. Tried calling, but was put on hold.

Waited 3 hours for piza i paid $25 for only for the food to be "hand delivered " to someone else's hands. I'm hangry and on a call with pizza hut to find put whats up, the manager repeatedly hangs up on me after rudly telling me to go to door dash (and door dash gave me the case number and said I'd have to contact pizzahut. Still hung up on me time and time again.Still waiting on my refund...

Everytime I order online they have to remake my pizza when I get there! The old lady manager don’t need to be on the register. She’s dumb. Service is horrible!

After I had taken the pizza home and opened the box an item was left off my pizza and it looked and tasted burned and crispy. This is the first time I have ever had a problem with this location.

The service is HORRIBLE! I placed an order for delivery and got the notification that they received my order and was in the process of preparing my order. After waiting for like 30 minutes I noticed that they were still preparing my food so I called and asked what was going on b/c they had taken money out my account. Soon as they answer the phone the girl automatically tells me that they are closed. Then the manager gets on the phone and he’s rude, telling me that they closed an hour early due to shortage of staffing. Meanwhile the it still says that they’re open and closing at 11

The first time we ordered it was fine but the last two time we ordered ahead of time and the manager just WIPES future orders. The first time she wiped it they remade our pizza but this time they didn’t remake our pizza and just handed us someone else’s order that was NOT AT ALL what we ordered. We plan to not order from there again esp. knowing that the manager will just wipe your order for no reason

Everything about this place is amazing except for one thing, and that is the price. Because this place tends to be higher priced. Then Domino's or Little Caesars. But other than that, the food is definitely worth it.

Yall done pissed me off...? Usually don't have any issues, but tonite my pizza was horrible. I ordered hand tossed, 3 topping, extra cheese. Not only was there hardly any cheese; there were hardly any toppings at all. Taste like bread! Hungry and furious. They're not answering but don't worry, I have a car and works! No stars..?
