I placed a pickup order, and every Sub was on the wrong bread.
On top of that, I ordered Doritos, and a worker had to go nextdoor to the gas station to buy them, and they still, were not included in our order.

I’m praying this isn’t every day, but 1-17-24 I stopped at the subway restaurant in Hueytown next to raceway…. I got inside pulled my chips and about to order my 2 flatbread sandwich’s. The first things I see is this lady sitting down on something, anyway she gets up put on gloves and ask what I want, I look at the food station and see brown wet lettuce, I ask do they have better lettuce, she turns around to go to the back, I look at the whole station, meat and vegetables….OMG I have never seen a food prep station that literally look like slop…literally, food was all over everywhere no wiping had been done and the food looked awful. I told her never mind the whole station is nasty. I left drove to Fairfield’s subway. Their station was like night and day sooooo clean, with fresh meats and vegetables. I hate to say I won’t waste my time getting out at the one in Hueytown anymore

I just went in to get a footlong turkey sandwich and I noticed the young lady only put 4 thin slices of turkey on it. I asked why, and she responded that the owner told them to cut down to half on the meat. I guess that's why they have the cover over the meat side so that you can't tell what they're doing. I just walked out because for an $11 dollar sandwich and I'm still going to be hungry and not getting what i payed for. On top of that, she was that comfortable to tell me that and continue to try to fix my sandwich. I wouldnt care what the owner said, I would never knowingly cheat a customer on any job I worked.

I came in to pick up an online order and had issues with the app not pushing my order through. Janice was extremely responsive, respectful and got me in and out without any issue while being extremely nice during the process. They seem a bit short staffed which made the experience better for me because she was quick and not rude in a situation that warrants frustration and can be overwhelming.

Edit: I’m updating because I’ve been back since this review and the service from her is still wonderful. I rarely get a customer service rep/worker that is consistent with their service (life happens and that can be inconsistent with mood) she looked a bit tired today as she was working solo but still maintained professionalism and kindness. There is a subway closer to where I work but I got the extra 5 minutes to this one BECAUSE I believe the service attitude will be better and they take my coupons ?‍↕️??

I love this subway! But it’s an employee there by the name of Lisa who is very rude. She like to use darling to make it sound sweet. Example I walked in expecting my online order to be ready and it was paid for she said “ you gotta call your bank darling” lady I’m grown. Why do I need to call my bank about an order that said received and (You) she literally looked at my phone said yep Allison Bonnett and refused to make the sandwich and confirmed it! No teeth in her mouth and spitting on everything but trust to be rude. Corporate was called. Baby I didn’t fill out your application to work there. I don’t know who owns this franchise but she gotta go.

There's a employee she's maybe late 30 early 40s dark hair.. she's always rude as hell.. I literally had a younger girl ask my opinion on a sandwich and the employee talked down the girl so badly and was rude to me bc I answered her question.... another time we was bouncing around doing one thing then another back to the original back to another, which could only be described as meth or cocaine induced.. a 3rd time she was rude again so we left me and my daughter love subway but I'll make damn sure I'll drive 10+ miles before I ever return to this one... good day
