Just saw a young man in a Taco Bell visor hat at 8:20 pm run out of the store, into the road to give a customer something they left before they could pull off at the red light. I just thought that was so kind and sweet, he went above and beyond. Please find out who he is and at the very least pat this dude on the back for that. Most employees would NOT do something like this. You have a good one

This location is the absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever seen in my life not only are the employees and the manager with the little dreads and the glasses not only a sheet and her fellow employees extremely disrespectful but they never have. What’s on the menu anytime after 5 o’clock if you ask me, it seems as if they just don’t wanna make the fancy nice things that Taco Bell has to offer so this is like the fifth time I’ve come here now and I have to go back home with something I didn’t want all because they’re too lazy to make these fancy nice things that Taco Bell has to offer. This is about the fifth or sixth time I’ve come here. Taco Bell has launched a new item and they just don’t feel like making it. I have four children I’m trying to feed and my children love Taco Bell, but unfortunately for my children. This location is the closest one to our house so every time we are home and my children would like Taco Bell. It’s always a major disappointment. I hope that this finds the franchisee/owner in good timing because I am tired of this location and I am going to call corporate.

messed up my order and they do this every time and very very rude
I've been in the drive thru for nearly an hour. I was the 4th car in line and it took 35 minutes to get to the speaker to order, but I was asked to wait to order... it's been 20 + mins. I had to leave. I saw cars park, get service, and leave while I waited tat the speaker.

Piss poor service, barely got acknowledged at the counter and the app said my order was ready at 8:11 and I didn't get it til 8:50. Waited in the drive thru for 20mins before I decided to try my luck inside, time would have been better spent driving to the Bessemer location
