This my second time eating here and might I say the food nasty ? again first it was chicken fingers really a breast they cut up in to chicken fingers and they didn’t even look like chicken fingers today I got lemon pepper wings they taste sour like they been sitting out for two days never again will I return

I ordered a 4 piece wing combo and 15 I got home my order was messed up. When my order was ready, the guy behind the register put my food in a bag and said here you go. He didn’t even give me a chance to check my order for accuracy. I got home and noticed I was missing the fries on my wing plate. I called back to tell them my fries were missing and the guy that answered the phone hung up on me. I called right back spoke to someone else and told him I was hung up on previously then I explained to him my fries were missing. I told him I couldn’t come back that night but I wasn’t going to pay for something I didn’t receive. I was told if I didn’t come back that night to get my fries there was nothing he could do for me. I told him he just lost a customer. I will not return due to poorCustomer service I received over the phone. I never got an apology for messing my order up. I watched two people dining in take their food back because their orders were wrongThe person preparing orders in the kitchen eating wings whole fixing orders. I looked for their health score after noticing the cook eating wings .I didn’t see their health score posted. Later found out the score was 84.
The whole wings, the pork chops, the chicken Philly, they are all great!

And let's be real there really is no meat on the bone. But WING CITY knows what they are doing when it comes to chicken wings !! Just look for yourself !!! I got the garlic parmesan, bone in wings. With Cheese and ranch covered frys !!! And a medium dr.pepper for $14.99 !! AMAZING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT WHEN IT COMES TO WING CITY !!

Food was decently good, but I do think there are better wings in the area. I don’t recall the food being hot though. HOWEVER, the customer service is terrible. I visited in the evening, and I should’ve known by the phone call that I should go elsewhere. Customer service representatives (they are high school children, I assume) do not greet you and, furthermore, just looked at me when I walked in. A young man walked out and assisted me while they were on their phones. I’m all for everyone earning money, but I wasn’t pleased by the experience at all. Unlikely to return.

I finally decided to stop giving this establishment my hard earned money. They really need to get women in there with better attitudes to start. The past couple of times I've come here, the wings have not been good, almost scorch tasting and not fresh, the wings are small and they have wingstop prices if you order online, even the salad was turning brown and wilted. Wings Heaven in Fairfield is a better bang for your buck.

I like to get the chicken fingers dipped in sauce and it's pretty good. I know most people are looking for a review of the wings which I haven't had but I love the assortment of unique sauces. Also the fish looks really good and super tempting every time I have gone. Service is good. Your order may take longer than at a fast food place but I've always had fresh food too.

We're not busy when we called nor when we picked up however our order was wrong/incomplete. Was not impressed with service or food, smallest chicken wings EVER!! Carry out not drive thru-do not have a pick up window!!
