It must suck to work here. Employees never seem even remotely happy and I always have to ask for things they forget. Not a huge deal, obviously I still eat here.
In my opinion, taste wise, Zaxby's is better than a lot of others as far as fast food goes. We got everything pictured (group photo) for $68.48. I took close ups of individual items, too. Be weary of a long drive thru line here...that usually means they are short staffed (as are most places these days). With 3+ cars in line (whether you order drive thru or go inside), you can expect to wait 20+ minutes for an order this size. A note of caution: Be sure not to put online inside pick-up orders in too much ahead of time because folks in the area have been known to steal others' online orders.

Worst Zaxby's I've ever had since staying in Alabama! The place was not clean, had an odor in the store! When I got home with my order, the food was not prepared right at all! Bad experience 😪

I doordashed on 1-5-25 at 2:15pm I ordered the cobb salad & the French fried onions was not in my salad & the tamatoes was old & they sent 1 soda when I paid for 2 and not to mention i did not have any zaxby sauce in the bag for kids meal I was so disappointed that I will not order from here again, I blame management because someone need to check and make sure everything is correct before the order goes out !!!!
I asked for specifically Buffalo sauce on my kicking’ chicken sandwich, they proceeded to drench in ranch, I’m beyond upset by this how poorly they listen.

Went at 8:35pm on Monday Oct 21, 2024 they had no salads, no wings bone in or boneless only chicken fingers. This is ridiculous a restaurant running out of there staples before they close. Never was told why just said they don't any wings and no salads. The girl at the window was nice about it. Also there issues with your drive though micphone.

The service was good but the Zensation Salad was horrible. When I say it was horrible, that is putting it lightly. The egg roll was burnt so badly that I couldn’t eat it and the lettuce was not fresh. It was thrown together as though the person that fixed it said they can take it or leave it. I should have returned it but I didn’t look at it until I got home. The salad was purchased at the Hueytown restaurant. I was very disappointed and will never patronize Zaxby again.

Granddaughter and I decided that we would like to have Zaxbys for dinner.We place our order and one of our items were missing, drove back to zaxby and thought I was getting what was left out but no I come back home with the wrong thing

SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY TRASH. I WITNESSED SOMEONE'S ORDER TAKE 30 MINUTES TO FIX, STILL WASNT RIGHT, AND WHEN THIS PERSON ASKED FOR THEIR MONEY BACK, THE EMPLOYEE ACTUALLY CALLED HUEYTOWN POLICE... SMH TERRIBLE

Ordered from the app, literally everything was wrong. I ordered 3 chicken bacon ranch fries and got 3 boxes that had fries and 3 chicken tenders each. I also ordered 5 pc boneless wings and you know what was in that box? More chicken tenders... no one's food was correct. Everything was replaced with chicken tenders...

Customer service was bad
I went. Spent over an hour in the drive thru. No one took my order. I ordered through the website still waited. I called no answer. Called corporate and they stated management would contact me. Never did. My food was soggy and cold by the time I got to the window, no explanation of why it took so long and they were fully staffed.
