Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Female employee rung up my order incorrectly and quoted me a total of $39. I asked how for one salad, 3 dressing and a coke. She began yelling at me over the intercom and told me to pull around. By the time I got to the window, she was walking around with the head set on huffing and puffing like a damn mad dragon. I will NEVER spend money with this company again because I refuse to spend my money with a company that has poor customer service.

HORRIBLE! Do NOT waste your money at this location. Night shift especially, is a JOKE. Food is HORRIBLE. And the service is WORSE. I come here often because I live nearby, but every single time i regret coming here and wished i would have went to the Bessemer location. This location is a JOKE. And the manager is ridiculous. The people in the front have no clue whats going on, and do not care about your money spent. I spend $40+ every time i come here and end up having to throw it out and go somewhere else and spend more money just to eat a decent meal. I REPEAT, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. If they even give you the right food the first or second or third time, it will be freezing cold, mushy, wrong sauces-if you order extra seasoning, you will just not get any seasoning at all. They will give you the wrong drinks. When you pay for extra sauce, they wont give it to you, and when you show them the receipt they will roll their eyes. They never have tea made in the lobby, and if they do-it’s sour as hell. The syrups for the drink machine is always out, and they refuse to fix it. The attitude, horrible food and service, is absolutely not worth your hard earned money. Go to Bessemer Zaxbys.

Von is great, give him recognition and a raise! Clean restaurant, service was friendly! A little slow due to a lot of door dash orders so we had to wait a while for our food.

This location is always a hit or miss. Usually understaffed and the line is always ridiculously long

It must suck to work here. Employees never seem even remotely happy and I always have to ask for things they forget. Not a huge deal, obviously I still eat here.
