I usually don’t write reviews, but this store in particular deserves the attention and recognition. Every single time I’m in the drive thru, I’ve gotten through quickly and everyone is so nice. The two times I’ve had a problem with my drink, Ari (I hope that’s her name) and Burton (like Tim Burton he says), were super quick to resolve my issues and am delighted to see them when I come through. When I came inside for my mobile I was spoken to by at least 4 different people in the 15 seconds I was inside the building. Great job guys! Keep up the good work!

They half fill your cup. Whether you order a small or large it's almost empty. This has happened on numerous occasions. I finally decided to stop going to this location as of today.

every single time i come to this starbucks, the workers are outstandingly friendly. my problem is, everytime i come here they do not make my drink correctly. not once. i only add two modifications yo my drink and its insane that i get my order wrong everytime and im too pissed off to go back and tell them to fix it because its THEIR JOB. do not sign up to be a barista if you cant be ome.

Tried to go in for a pick up bc the drive thru was wrapped around the building. Every single person ignored me. I had to leave and go to the drive thru to pick it up… Spent over 15 minutes waiting in store and in the drive thru so now my drink is already watered down.

I’ve been here 3x in the past week visiting from out of town. Every drink was perfect and every employee was amazing they even remembered my name! I am not used to the drinks being consistent in naples florida and there is no customer service where I’m from. I wish every Starbucks was like this. The staff went so far out of there way to anticipate anything I would ask for before I asked. Will miss!

I needed a place to work while my child was in a summer camp. The staff were very nice, the store was nice and clean, and of course the coffee was great.
This is the best Starbucks that exists 100% because of the employees that work here. This location hit the jackpot on finding kind, enthusiastic, wonderful people and every time I visit, which is honestly a lot lately, I'm impressed with the experience. 10/10
