Went there today for breakfast. Clean atmosphere wonderful customer service was greeted when I walked through the door I got my breakfast it was absolutely fantastic. Went there again for lunch and Same experience absolutely wonderful food thank you jackson burger
I am a customer that love one's food fresh. I hate contrary waiters at the window. I was the only customer waiting in line and I couldn't get good service from the waiter at the window drive-thru. These drive-thru employees do not have a public relations service training experience yet. Someone need to teach these employees how to service a drive-thru with a smile and a thank you or dismissed themselves. There's not a welcoming employee crew here..
For fast food, Burger King is good! They've been friendly anytime I've ever been there and only had one small mistake with an order once which I consider to be much better than some other choices. Their app has awesome deals in it so if you eat there and especially if you have a family eating there but don't have the app I'd suggest getting it as it's totally worth it!
