We eat there occasionally and it's good fast food. The restaurant in Jackson has employees with sarcastic attitudes and smart mouths. I can deal with that because I'll be just as rude as you are. The thing I can't deal with is the tv on a complete racist channel called BET where all I heard while eating was the n word over and over and so much cursing that we finally took the food with us just to get away from that stuff. I used to like eating there as a treat when we were on the area but I'll pass up Jack's from now on because I don't feel welcome there

We eat at this location several times a week. They used to have a good staff and good food but lately it's been very disappointing. They forget part of our order alot. We've given them plenty of chance to improve but after this morning we will not go back. We were told to pull up and they would bring our food out. When they brought it there were no drinks. The girl was very rude and told us we would have to pull around and get them. My husband went in to get the drinks and they were rude to him and me when I had to go back to get the straws.

Was blown away by the great service! The only reason I gave it 4 stars for atmosphere is it was chilly in the dining area.
I ate outside at one of the picnic tables because I had my emotional support dog with me n there was a farely good crowd there that morning. So. . .Mom n I ate outside n enjoyed the morning.

There is nothing worse than going through the drive through at a fast food restaurant and paying your hard earned money and not getting your whole order. If you go to Jack's in Jackson AL check your order before you drive off. They suck. Too many kids and no supervision.
