Everytime I come for lunch or dinner I sit and wait for at least 30+ mins. I’ve seen multiple reviews and this is the first one I’ve wrote on google. Never will be back for dinner or lunch…..
Gotta have my Jack's

Jack's Restaurant in Jackson, Alabama, provides a pleasant option for a quick breakfast.
The dining area is clean, and the food is hot and fresh, showcasing quality food preparation. The friendly and helpful staff further enhances the experience.
One suggestion for improvement would be to address the noticeable greasy smell in the restaurant, which is common in places that work with grease.
However, this minor concern does not overshadow the overall positive visit. If you're looking for a quick tasty meal, this Jack's is definitely worth stopping by.

Normally I enjoy jacks, but when my husband and I sat in the drive through for almost an hour waitin I doubt I will be back. We pulled up, ordered our food and then pulled around to pay. There was ONE car ahead of us. He had to get out of his car and go in to get his food. In the forty minutes we sat at the window AFTER ordering not once did and employee acknowledge us to take payment, tell us when our food would be ready, apologize or anything so my husband decided we would just leave and order food elsewhere. From the window we could see trash all over the floor. We went up the road to Popeyes and it took them all of ten minutes to get our order and our food. Jacks needs to do better
I stopped at jacks on my way to work this morning for breakfast, when I turned in I noticed several vehicles parked in the parking lot and 3 past the window all waiting for their food. I should have left then but I was early and wanted to get some breakfast sandwiches for myself and a coworker; after ordering 3 big breakfast sandwiches with no one behind me I was going to wait prior to the window to give them a chance to catch up because it was obvious they were way behind. The lady leaned out the window and motioned for me to come on up and I did. my total was $14.26 I gave her a 20 and she gave me my water I ordered and my change, 5.74. She then tells me to pull over into the parking lot and park, now there's no one behind me and at this time there's 6 people waiting for their food. Calmly and respectfully I said, maam can I ask you a question, she said yes and I said why do you send so many people over here to park and allow more people to pull in thinking the line is empty just making more work for yourself, she rudely replies I've got to get you off my timer! I said well what happens if I refuse to pull up? She says we will call the police. An awkward brief silence passed, and I saw another lady bringing food out to a couple of the vehicles and I said when this vehicle in front of me moves up I will move up to the end of the porch. So, I moved up just as I said I would and about 1 minute later the lady from the window came out and handed me a 20$ bill and said we are out of Texas toast and told me to leave. So, I left.
I understand that the purpose of the timer is for the manager and or owner to grade how well the employees are moving the customers through the line, but when your backed up and you take people's money and park them in the parking lot your deceiving people who are considering stopping at your establishment for food because they see the line is clear when in reality there's 6 people waiting past the window parked in the parking lot. If I was the owner of an establishment such as Jacks in Jackson Alabama, I would want to know that my employees are falling behind for whatever reason. Once I pulled two cars up at most that's where it would stop. I'm very unhappy with today's events and will likely find somewhere else to spend my money for a while.

For those of us who travel for a living… it helps to specify on the hours, what time breakfast stops. Shouldn’t have to tell professionals these things.

It’s always on the weekends that you get someone working the drive thru with a major attitude problem. “Is that all????” You get paid the same amount of money no matter how much time I take or how much I order. My kids love the pancakes from here but the attitude I am always getting makes me never want to come to this location.

Very comparable to Hardee's. The food was good( I mean it's fast food c'mon) and the employees were very friendly and nice.
