I ordered a 12 PC fried chicken and an 8 PC fried chicken. I was very surprised and disappointed that the chicken was spicy. I have had fried chicken from this Jack's before and it wasn't spicy and I really like it. I do not, however, like spicy chicken at all! What happened? Why is it now spicy? There should be a choice of spicy or non spicy for those if us who do not like spicy.

Ehhhhh. It was recommended and I'm unsure why. Took almost 30 min to get a burger and some chicken tenders. Fries were cold by the time the other food came up, since they made them immediately after we ordered and sat them on a tray on the front counter. Doubtful I'll
