This place is an absolute JOKE!!! The last several times I’ve dined in/ carry out something always goes wrong and every time it’s the young red headed lady-Mary. She doesn’t know what she is doing. She wouldn’t even wait on us. I had to go to the front to order our pizza and drinks bc no one even acknowledged us!

This is our third online order (I try to give a place at least 3 attempts before putting anything negative) but every time, our pizza has come with little to no toppings, and it looked like it slid all over the backseat. This pizza is too expensive to not get the toppings. We ordered a 3 topping large, it had about 15 total pepperoni, a few pieces of sausage and no beef, our third topping. Not going back.

Gloves really need to be worn by the employees handling food. Watched an employee assemble a pizza immediately after handling a transaction. Also, only one employee was really doing most of the work while 5 others walked around not doing much.

I don't know what has changed within the past few months, but this place has definitely gone downhill. I have waited over an hour for my order on several different occasions. It's ridiculous at this point. Someone please step in and bring this place back to life because right now I give it 0 stars.

20 minutes was actually almost an hour. Thankfully the manager seen the disaster pizzas and sent them back to be remade. Salad bar a mess, no gloves, no hairnet. 9 employees and no seated customers and thus with the app down
