Ordered a sandwich and milkshake and paid for it. After payment, was informed that the flavor milkshake I wanted was not available. Took what seemed like forever to get the sandwich I ordered and a credit back onto my bank card which won't show up for several days.

This was Halloween night.These girls went out of there way to make everyone happy.Way to go all the Sonic crew tonight and all the effort y'all made to make a Happy Halloween night to all of the youth, to some that don't even have a chance to go trick or treating.Thank you Samantha,Brandon,and all the crew at Sonics for the compassionate you have for our community,and the compassionate,you all have for the little guys ( kids ),for giving them a treat.May God Bless all of the employees at Sonic's,for going above and beyond there duties.

Will not be wasting my money here again my whole order was messed up.burgers were half cooked,tots hard/cold and drinks wrong called the store and spoke with manager and she acts if I was lying.. I could have called corporate but instead I called the store in Jackson,Al,but I will be calling the corporate office, health department cause me and my entire family could have died eating raw meat..
