Came here twice the past month. Nobody would answer through the drive through so I pulled up to the order machine and she said they didn’t have a car hopper to use the drive through which I tried. The second time nobody would answer any machines nor the window.

Im goving a 1 star only because i have to, should have been a zero. Stopped by this morning to get something to eat at drive through. No one answered l, after waiting a few kins i pulled to the window and waited a few mins for no one to answer. Finally just drove off. This location is absolutely horrible for service

this is genuinely the worst fast food restaurant in jackson they seem to never have anything i had just gotten an ice cream there after giving that place a final chance i ordered ice cream and didn’t even get toppings that i asked for🤦♀️

Some screens were down. None of the card readers worked. Took over 30 minutes to get a drink and an order of tots and I was one of 5 vehicles there. The food runner couldn’t figure out where to go but she was nice. Just undertrained.

Need to hire people who actually wanna work. There is no reason both employees should have sat at a table and watched us for 20min and I had to ring the stall thing to get one of them to get up and do their job when we did an online order and check in. They sat and watched being lazy and riding the clock. We had 2 route 44 sodas that's a 2min order at best. If you are thinking of eating here I advise otherwise. Save ur money and time.

Took way too long to get two slushies out. Not to mention waiting at a stall for 20 minutes after they told me one wasn’t working to watching me move to another one and didn’t tell me it didn’t work either. So I had to walk up to the middle and order. I understand being short staffed but communication goes a long way. Especially since one worker walked past my car twice to deliver food and saw me waiting.
Pickle fries are gross and the hair in my frito burrito was disgusting where are the hair nets???? def not eating here again

Ordered a sandwich and milkshake and paid for it. After payment, was informed that the flavor milkshake I wanted was not available. Took what seemed like forever to get the sandwich I ordered and a credit back onto my bank card which won't show up for several days.
