The service is Trash!! Placed an order online, get there everything I didn't want was on my sandwich was on it!! Was never offered an apology, & they were quite annoyed that I wanted a new sandwich. After her attitude was so bad I decided I didn't want 2 patronize their business!! I advise you 2 do the same unless u like being treating like a peasant?

Terrible service. I order online, your app says my meal is ready before I leave my house, but you never start making my sandwiches until after I walk in the door. Every time.

I placed an online order to be ready at 1:25pm. At 1:28pm, I went in the restaurant. The order was not on the takeout rack. I returned at 1:45pm. The order was still not on the takeout rack. I got in line and waited. When one of the workers finally asked if I needed help, they easily found my order behind the counter. Who knows how long my food has been sitting there unrefrigerated! When I asked where the chips were, I was told to get them myself. When I asked why it wasn’t on the To-Go rack that is conveniently located by the door, I was told that they hadn’t had time to put it there. I guess they thought I had time to wait in line, to find where they had put my food, and to get part of my own order. If I had wanted to participate in all those activities, I would not have placed an online order. Don’t offer online ordering if you can’t handle it. This was unacceptable.

Ordered through the app and it wasn’t ready when they got there to pick it up! When opening the tuna salad I had ordered there was no tuna.

Went in to get a meatball sub on white a foot long and told the girl what I wanted then she pulls out a bag of lettuce and disburses it in two containers then when she was finished she got the foot long on white out as she was slicing it I told her a meatball sub , then she tells me they were out then she goes to the back and comes back to the microwave where she had some defrosting but I told her I would wait then she tells me she has no meatballs So I left disappointed by the way she acted be a while before I go back Jackson Alabama

I ordered from doordash, said food was delivered at my door. NO food was delivered here period! I have 2 outside cams too!.I contacted doordash and they said opps!so, I called SUBWAY and the GIRLS were RUDE!one told me if I wanted it right that I should have came to the store and ordered it myself! I said what did you just say to me!? She said it again, I said ONE more time!, She said if I come to the store that she would tell me to my face!OMG!!I will see her tomorrow!!

The girls in there act like they don't even see you at first and then when they ask what you want it seems like such a problem to them. Worst subway I've ever been too.
