The Taco Bell in Jackson, Alabama has been a favorite of my husband's for years now. We always utilize app ordering and then go through the drive through. Our food has always been ready, correctly ordered, and tasteful. I cannot attest to the indoor eating experience, but overall, I enjoy having fast service and quality food from this establishment.

For the third time eating in this establishment employees screaming at customers. This is by far the worst run and worst employees of any Taco Bell I have ever been in. Nothing has been made the same way twice. Management and training seem to be a huge issue here. It’s a horribly run establishment.

First time going to Taco Bell in a long time. Was excited to get a Mexican pizza. Both my husbands and my pizzas had half the toppings slid off the top, what toppings there were. Left off two items from order, my frozen drink, and cinnamon twists. When I asked for them, I was handed a half full tiny bag. Such a shame cause the restaurant itself is nice with great outdoor seating. My sisters and moms orders were missing items to. Will never get my husband back here again unfortunately.

I went through the drive thru and did not receive a straw for my drink, napkins, nor utensils for my food, and my order was wrong. When I parked and walked in, the cashier acted like it was my fault.
