Music so loud inside you couldn't talk with a lunch compnion if you had one. I have rarely been to a club where the music was this loud.

I have tried and tried with This Taco Bell and it has repeatedly been consistent at being Horrible. The service is beyond bad and management should really look into a total rehire of all staff especially night shift!! Please save your self the trip and just assume all restaurants close at 8pm in Jackson just like all the others.

Jackson Al Taco Bell was absolutely horrible! Long wait and order was wrong. Kids/teenagers flooded in with outside cups getting refills from drink machine. Piled up at tables being loud and obnoxious not paying for said refills. Employees were aware as seem to be their friends/faniky. Drink machine was out of all but Pepsi and no tea option unless ask for behind counter. We will NOT be back and spreading the word but most ppl have had exact same service there! What a shame!!!!

Orders wasnt in the right box, didnt give us any straws, had the orders on certain items wrong ect.... no sour cream on a certain item and no cheese on another but still puts it on the item and it very stingy with the meat and I know that's not the workers problem but dont expect alot of meat or anything 60% of everything is the bread

Over all TERRIBLE. The cashier Miss Amberly caught an attitude because SHE messed my order up & i asked for a refund. She shook her head and looked at me stupid and said “u want a refund over pico” when i said yes she got even more RUDE. If it wasnt for customers you wouldnt have a job!!!!!!!!! Want be back

The Taco Bell in Jackson, Alabama has been a favorite of my husband's for years now. We always utilize app ordering and then go through the drive through. Our food has always been ready, correctly ordered, and tasteful. I cannot attest to the indoor eating experience, but overall, I enjoy having fast service and quality food from this establishment.
