I’ve personally never had an issue with any of the employees. I’m polite to them and they’ve been polite to me. They usually have the freshest food of any Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Like it’s not just slopped together and it hasn’t been made and sat under a warmer all day. They’ve yet to mess up my order. Not sure what has happened here but it is a complete 180. Food options are always there now, service is friendly, and the orders are right. Especially enjoy dealing with Latrice in the drive-thru. Keep up the great work!

The Taco Bell in Jackson, Alabama has been a favorite of my husband's for years now. We always utilize app ordering and then go through the drive through. Our food has always been ready, correctly ordered, and tasteful. I cannot attest to the indoor eating experience, but overall, I enjoy having fast service and quality food from this establishment.
