Went in around 430 pm and ordered approximately $40 worth of food. After about 10 mins we were told it would be 25 mins because they were out of chicken. It took about 37 mins to get our food.

I waited 45 minutes for curbside delivery and decided to go inside. Took 5 plus minutes to get anyone's attention. Talked me into not canceling order as initially requested. Was given disgusting chicken breast. Did not receive side of rice ordered. Meal was $14.69. Never again!!

Got a DoorDash there . Got there at 6:21 shows pick up time 6:24 and y’all say that 12 more minutes. But waited like almost 35 minutes and I went in the store worker said 7 more minutes. Listen . I’m not trying to mean or anything. But really if y’all did not have the food ready just said is not ready . Happen multiple times . Really just wasting my time on DoorDash and miss other orders . Get more workers pls or get nicer and faster worker can get a damn order done . Really . Really pissed us off . And really not making us happy . I’m not really this kind of person but when it comes to this I will be mad and not happy

I ordered a 3 piece box & added an extra piece it was supposed to be 2 breast & 2 thighs and I was charged extra for the breast. When I got home I had 3 thighs & 1 leg! I called several times, goes to voice mail for ext 40026 & voice mail is full!! They were not busy, I was the ONLY customer in the lobby. This meal was for 2 & I don't eat dark meat, Very unsatisfied!!

Ordered 2 sausage biscuits and a large fry, jelly and honey mustard, I’m the only car at drive thru. Get told it’s 4 minutes for the sausages which is no issue and I pull to the door. 15 mins later I go in to check on my food and I’m told I’m now waiting on fries. I go back to my car and almost 5 mins later my food is brought out(still being the only car in drive thru and the inside is not busy at all. Check my bag the jelly and honey mustard are missing. I go inside and the lady says to me ”what is it”
