The drive thru person was wonderful. When I got home the fish looked good on the front but when I flipped it over there was so much hard batter, we had to pick it off just to eat the it. Thankfully, I wasn't looking for a free meal because the manager Misty wasn't willing to replace anything. She acted like it was supposed to be that way.

My husband waited in drive thru for over 14 minutes the line was long he left and came back and was in line again for an extra 30 minutes the guy in the back came up to the girl in the window waving his arms service here sucks something needs to be done no one should have to wait that long for there food people were getting out of line because it was taking so long the girl at the window didn't even apologize for the long wait

My wife and I entered the restaurant for dinner and found ourselves standing in front of the cash register waiting for someone to take our order for at least ten minutes. One worker kept walking by while ignoring us. When I complained to the manager he yelled at us that they were too busy to take our order! We like the food but the service is the worst I've ever seen!!! Wayne

Service was excellent and my food was ready pretty quick, but can someone please explain to me why they upcharge .99 for mac n cheese and then don't even give you a full portion? Absolutely not worth the money.

They're very friendly here, the food is fresh, so fresh that they actually went to the local pond and caught it, cleaned it and cooked it. Specially for me! That's the only conclusion I've came to is why it took so long to receive my order.

This is ridiculous! I ordered butterfly Shrimp and a loaded baked potato. Look at the photos! The photo had just a spoon of hard melted cheese, nothing else. I had to add butter and sour cream. The butterfly Shrimp was so small, till anyone would think it was popcorn shrimp, except no taste of shrimp, just batter!! Absolutely ridiculous!! I will not eat at this Captain D's again, and I live just down the road from it.

Normally when I get good from here it’s fresh and hot. Tonight it wasn’t. The people in the restaurant were very cheerful and quick. I was in the drive through and it was early dinner. Reminder, this wasn’t the norm for the good I get from them and hopefully the next time it will be the quality that I’ve grown to accept from them.

Manager was fantastic, she apologized that it might take longer than normal, only her and a other person were only 2 workers. They did a great job, got our orders 100% correct and had a great attitude the whole time. I didn't catch her name.
