They are rude and this is the second time the red headed girl with glasses on the drive thru laughed at me and my husband we are an interracial couple, with our child in the back seat these people are always rude for people to be claiming to be Christian’s their behavior it deplorable and the lack of respect for another human being is ridiculous. I come from Texas one of my favorite restaurants is chick fil a I’ve only eaten at this location 5 times in my home town of 3 years. Because of their attitude towards me and my husband I don’t bring my family here.

This is the TMB food court Chick-fil-a. Some of the reviews are confused. I can confirm this is the BEST chick-fil-a you will ever eat at. The manager, Rebekah, really holds this place together. The food is always past my expectations. Hot and fresh, it can get busy between class changes from 10-2pm so prepare accordingly. Also, it is a good court so they do not have the full menu and you make your own drink.
Trying to eat better so I get a grilled chicken sandwich only when I have to get fast food. I've tried most places here in jville and you guys should be embarrassed! The bread was all dried out and crumbling all over me. The piece of chicken was tough and dried out- once I found it hiding under the 2 pcs of tomato and huge lettuce. Needless to say I will be going to whataburger because the chicken piece is much bigger, softer, and juicier! The price is only a few cents different! Jacks even has a better grilled chicken sandwich!

TERRIBLE experience tonight!!!!!!! I don’t even have all the words for the entire experience and my family usually LOVES Chick-fil-a. Like, for real, loves it! We eat there at least once a week, but I will not return to this location after tonight. My car, me, and all the things were covered in carmel milkshake and soda because they put the side in overflowing all over the milkshake and the milkshake in the drink carrier overflowing and DIDN’T have the lid on. Not a straw to drink some of it down or napkin to be found to take care of the mess. Before I realized the top wasn’t on the milkshake I went to pick it up out of the carrier so the soda didn’t get all in it. At that point, milkshake dropped all over me, the car, and all in the drink carrier. And the red headed manager was so nonchalant about the whole thing. He did give me a disinfectant wipe to wipe up the mess. 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ I am livid about the whole situation and so disappointed that my favorite fast food restaurant let me down in such an epic way.

Parking: Wade Bence is a great owner, worked with him when I was 16 at the old quintard mall location and he got the 1st free standing unit, food is great and im glad that CFA still holds true to being closed on Sundays.

My family came through to grab dinner on the way home. We were all fine prior to eating. I ordered a salad and my wife ordered a chicken wrap. Needless to say, we both got food poisoning. I haven’t been this sick in a long time. I will not be back!

We have pre-ordered on the mobile app several times, and every time we have had to wait longer for our order than if we had just drove up. This doesn't happen at other locations, just Jacksonville.

I have a few issues. Their biscuits don’t seem fully cooked. Rarely are the tops browned. Seriously One star for biscuits Drive-thru lane is always a gamble and ordering conversations seems to go on forever. One star for the drive thru. Excessive ice in fountain drinks. This unethical practice, is actually against laws in other countries. You wouldn’t think chick fillet would stoop as low. But, the people are great and I have no doubt that I’m getting quality food.

If it weren't for this one being so local we probably wouldn't frequent it as often as we do. It never fails with something being forgotten with our order. If it isn't a chocolate milk, it's an ice cream.. If it isn't an ice cream it's a fry or sauces. Every. Single. Time.
