My family came through to grab dinner on the way home. We were all fine prior to eating. I ordered a salad and my wife ordered a chicken wrap. Needless to say, we both got food poisoning. I haven’t been this sick in a long time. I will not be back!

We have pre-ordered on the mobile app several times, and every time we have had to wait longer for our order than if we had just drove up. This doesn't happen at other locations, just Jacksonville.

I have a few issues. Their biscuits don’t seem fully cooked. Rarely are the tops browned. Seriously One star for biscuits Drive-thru lane is always a gamble and ordering conversations seems to go on forever. One star for the drive thru. Excessive ice in fountain drinks. This unethical practice, is actually against laws in other countries. You wouldn’t think chick fillet would stoop as low. But, the people are great and I have no doubt that I’m getting quality food.

If it weren't for this one being so local we probably wouldn't frequent it as often as we do. It never fails with something being forgotten with our order. If it isn't a chocolate milk, it's an ice cream.. If it isn't an ice cream it's a fry or sauces. Every. Single. Time.

Words can barely express how much I love this place. This is my favorite place to get food from in Jacksonville. I crave the food from here 24/7! [Especially the frosted lemonade,it's the bomb] 11/10 would reccomend!!! And now I know people have bad experiences here,but don't we all have them? I mean,just because you might get the wrong order or something [Looking at you,Coop DeVille] doesn't mean you don't have to go anymore! And if this one doesn't please you,there's an equally good one in Gadsden.

Thank you to Saturday, 11/28/20, nights manager, who came to the drive thru as my debit card failed to process a complete pay. Somehow I was short 13 bucks and he didn't flinch or anything, he keyed $13 off our order and told me not to worry, I'd figure it out eventually. They handed our food and I about cried. His kindness was very appreciated and the debit error was unusual and unexpected. I say thank you, but...I will be sending $13 back ASAP. Thanks for your help, you'r kindness, and your lack of judgment.
