Wanted to dine in . Waited in parking lot for 20 minutes till 1030 am when they advertised as opening time . Went to doors and they were locked waited at doors another 4 minutes still nobody called the cooperate phone number said is it 1034 am there ? I said yes ma'am she said that should be open I replied they ain't she said she would call them . I waited another 6 minutes and they still had not came and opened doors and I looked through glass doors and lights were out and nobody was visible. This is not away to run a business . I love the food and prices at the cookout in Jacksonville Al. But I need to be able to depend on them opening when they are supposed to. So I can stop and eat and make my doctor's appointments on time . Please get better at being punctual Thanks Paul

walked in and all u could smell was dirty mop water... hamburger 🍔 was ok as it was overloaded with mustard to where it was coming out onto your 👐 hands... milkshake was runny... just not a good 1st experience...

This place is great. The staff is so nice & the food was so good and fresh. The prices are unbelievable. Feeding a whole family here is cheaper than McDonald’s & well worth every dollar.

Great place to grab a quick meal! Everything is reasonably priced, tasted good! The burgers and shakes are ready fast and always satisfying! I highly recommend the peanut butter shake. The walking taco looked kinda weird, but tasted good! The staff here in Jacksonville are awesome!

ordered a chicken strip tray w/ cheese bites + fries. received a chicken strip tray with some concerning tenders (shown in the 3rd photo), CHICKEN NUGGETS, and fries. my mom also stated that her tray only contained 3 onion rings + 6 cheese bites. quite disappointed to have spent nearly $8 per tray to receive this. i enjoyed doing business with y’all but i’m unsure if it will happen again.
I eat lunch daily at this spot. Located near college, not only is it affordable, it's amazingly fresh. The staff is great, the parking is good and the inside is nice. Highly recommend..
