First off, I was having an issue with placing an online order. I told the young lady over the speaker and she said if I drive around and park in the handicapped parking that she would come out and help me. And she did!! I was able to place the order!! She was a delightful, sweet Girl!! The food was wonderful ? my burger was fresh and delicious! Hot fries and great tasting Diet Coke!! The cupfection I hot for dessert was yummy too!! I give Dairy Queen in Jacksonville, Alabama an A++!!
The Dairy Queen in Jacksonville, AL is a well run, clean restaurant that serves well prepared food. Yes, it's fast food but it is very well prepared. It is one of our most frequently selected places for lunch on Sunday.
The lady Kendall who took our order & waited on us was super nice, made sure we were well taken care of! The best Dairy Queen I've been to so far..

Just had a bad eating experience at this restaurant. The food was just ok. The service was bad. Paid $30+ for 2 people for lunch, was overcharged for an extra blizzard and had to get refund. The employees were uninterested in anything but the football on tv or their phones.Not to mention no condiments anymore on the tables. Unsure who made that decision but we've dined there couple times since they took those away. It's just cheap.Ironically my son and I usually enjoy the food here. When we walked in we were literally the only customers in the place. Still got treated like we weren't wanted there.Well, I guess we will try not to bother them anymore by dining there.Very Unsatisfied Customer.
